It takes a beautiful soul, and Patience, to help them, work with them, and love them. You have to have those things well in place before you can even think of helping them. So yes, I am blessed to know something new, and Positive about her. She has always brightened my day when I watch her on Good Times. I have All of the episodes, and they never grow old. Special, doesn’t begin to describe her. She did do well, years after the show ended.The fact that she did not fall into the trap of drugs, alcohol,etc. like many former child actors speaks volumes.. Look at Dana Plato .Gary Coleman.and Todd Bridges , all from “Diffrent Strokes”. Singers, too , also fell into similar traps, and continue with addiction issues of one or more kinds.

Not trying to start anything by what I'm about to write, but, I always loved to watch Good Times as a young girl - so much so as to where I just recently bought the complete series of it just the other day - and have already watched over half the series, so far ..... BTW, I'm a 50 year old white woman. That's why I say I'm not trying to start anything, plus, because I'm speaking the truth when I say how Bern Nadette will always be a beautiful woman to me!!!

My family had the honor of meeting her when she was in Philadelphia, Pa in 2017. She was promoting her book about her mother's struggle with alzheimers at the Lock Conference. She is beautiful and down to earth. I treasure the picture we took with her.
As a youngster, many, many, years ago, I always admired Bernadette Stanis as a role model for young women. She demonstrated respect, kindness, superior intelligence that kept me fixated on "Good times." Lastly, I have to say, the sista is fine, and very attractive. I wish her well, along with all the remaining cast of "Good Times."
Wow, she is still gorgeous. I just love Good Times. The entire cast was really great. That's what I call a good show not what we have nowadays. Glad I grew up during the time that show came about. Many blessings to the entire cast.

I used to watch Good times when It was on the air what a good show. She still looks beautiful if I figured out her age right. She is 65 years old wow she still looks really good. Years ago Jimmie Walker came to Hamilton Ontario so me and my friend went to watch him he is the funniest guy. If he ever came back here I would go see him again he is the Best comedian and at the end of his show. He went to the back of the room and he signed t-shirts so I got to say hi to him

I had one of my dreams come true back in march of 2015 in Selma, Alabama. Got to meet and shake her hand while we were there for the 50th anniversary of BLOODY SUNDAY! She was always my favorite female tv crush...and I made sure I told her that to...she just smiled and squeezed my hand...my knees buckled...lol 💯✔😁...dreams can come true!!! #🙏

I met her in person last year at the P/X at Fort Sam Houston army base where she was signing autographs for her book . We spoke to each other and I shook her hand and hugged her and I told her I was a big fan of hers. She's really down to earth and still beautiful. I have pics and videos of meeting her and talking to her.
