This is my backyard! From some of the views you had, and that one sign at the end, I was able to figure out almost exactly where you guys ended up! So glad you enjoyed some of the Island's best kept secret spots!
I love that they've kept quiet as to where it is, so that it's really a game of "only those that have been there can find it". Got my wheeling start around Sooke & Lake Cowichan, & so much of it is gone now, so seeing there's still hidden areas on the big island makes me happy!

Good morning from the south Okanagan, thanks for another fine video. I was thinking that we used to enjoy the "adventure" of back country stucks, flats and breakdowns a lot more when we were in our 20's and even 30's. Now that I'm sneaking up on my late 50's, it's enough to watch the younger set getting it done. Not that we don't still get out - we just pick the days, roads and conditions differently than we did half a lifetime ago! Stay well.
That logger knew what he was doing. What a great seed tree to start another generation. Just because it's old growth doesn't mean it will live forever. Those saw boys aren't as dumb as all the granola munchers put on that they are. Great video guys, as always!

Shaun, the Nature is really claiming your drone! You might need to let it go, man! Otherwise, I wouldn't be surprised to see you diving down a waterfall to recover it in the next episode.

Off roading through the wilderness, camping and grilling in remote areas that are away from civilization and all done with breathtaking camera work. I just wanna say screw work today, pack up my wife and daughter and go on an adventure now...... dang it!

the total devastation of old growth on that part of the island continues today, Ive cycled from Port Renfrew to Lake Cowichan and on the Cowichan side it is just a wasteland for the most part. We will never see the likes of those trees ever again !

You don't do a spare tire mount off your rear bumper/Tailgate. That spare takes up a whole hell of lot of room in your bed.
