Why does a band with such a simple and derivative sound deserve more?
cortizone121 'simple' is not the same as 'bad', and 'derivative' is just a perspective. Sure, it sounds like 90s rock, but so what? They obviously like that sound, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it. I used to say "Oh, that's just derivative, not original, blah blah blah.." but I realised how demanding and altogether ignorant that statement is... at the end of the day, one ought to give respect to people doing what they wanna do, and playing music the way they like it.

I remember I met Superheaven in 2014-2015 when I was in high school. I really liked listening to their music in my room, and I even bought clothes similar to what they wore because I liked their style haha. It's great to see that they are being heard again thanks to Tiktok. Because they really were a very underrated band in their time. Not just them, there were many bands at the time that went unnoticed.
