After the OJ murders, laws were changed and any signs of visible physical abuse an arrest must be made, with that no signs of physical both individuals can be arrested upon signing affidavits.

They (Bad Wolves) were massive for a hot minute and the next big thing. Tommy openly supported Trump and the record labels started messing with him. Then he left. They did a cover of Zombie that could’ve made the whole band rich forever. The vocalist for Cranberries died the day they were suppose to record (or the day before). They donated all the money to her (Cranberries vocalist) foundation. Tommy is one of my favorite vocalist and is a great frontman! I was lucky enough to see Bad Wolves with Tommy.

There has to be a finding of probable cause by a judicial official, the cops don’t make that determination if the charge already exists. This is most likely a misdemeanor offense, and the charge was probably taken out by the family member who reported to the judicial official he was coming to Arizona to harm someone or their property. The details are scarce but a good lawyer will probably be able to get these charges dropped or reduced
The Divine Heresy record he made with Dino was great. Too bad they couldn’t keep the band together.

She had DCS called on her because she tried forcing her kid to go live with her and Vext, when the kid said they didn't want to she slapped and spanked her. Her step mom and her dad are raising her kids with the kid's dad. If she's "trying not cry" hopefully it's remorse for being a deadbeat.

I first learned about Tommy when he was the singer of Divine Heresy with Dino Cazares. They opened for Static X and Shadows Fall and i fell in love with their music. Tommy is and has always been a good dude, he is an honest human and does the right thing. He's had a rough past, but his story is inspiring and he's such a stand-up dude. I'm sure this will get sorted out and he'll be all good. Unfortunately, Tommy is probably going to live with this guilt of not being there for a very long time🖤

Due to my past also with being (Now recovering) an alcoholic and also in extremely abusive relationships I have someone extremely close to me and have had them with me for a massive amount of years who felt the way when they either saw me in them and tried to get me out or found out about them as Tommy does in this from having to see his love one harmed as he did. It always broke his heart and he always felt in a way like it was also his fault for never making it there in time to stop me from being harmed so I understand this story a little too deeply.

why would the police not arrest if someone is threatening to end a persons life? that's pretty scary. Plus he saw the abuser repeatedly punch her whilst threatening her. He was then reported to do the same, so the police had to protect them. Children were involved in this too!

You first world countries have it easy . 2 people can beat the absolute hell out of each other and they wont do anything , you handle it yourself. I was hundreds of miles away when my girlfriend (@ the time) came home to our house having been broken into. And that was scary enough, and I did the same thing. Booked it there. Always liked Tommy. Prefer his singing over the new guy in Bad Wolves. Saw them open for Bush and just wasn’t the same and couldn’t really understand the guy. Totally believe him. My dad is in this early 70's and he punched my sister in the face over stupid shit. My mother sided with him and against my sister. Please if you are in this situation prosecute that way you can get an order of protection and the dad can get help or do time.

Abusive parents will always blame the son or daughter and do anything to look like the victim. I was put in juvenile homes and foster homes, being banned from my home and brothers "for their safety" even though my parent was the actual abuser. I have been a fan of Tommy’s since Bad Wolves came out and have read and heard about the violence that Tommy experienced within his family (mother and brother).. Tommy is anti violence so he was defending her honor and protecting her.. MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT TOMMY and Hannah many women can only imagine having a man that obviously loves you and your kids as a protector!

I would like to believe that this story is the truth. Unfortunately, Tommy has a very detailed past. It seems he might have some issues with anger as well. In this case he is probably in the right but due to his past, I don’t think anyone wants to hear it anymore. It’s sad since Tommy is a very talented singer.

“On view” doesn't ALWAYS mean police have seen the action take place. It can be an on view arrest, meaning they took him into custody “based on information received.” basically they took him right there without filing charges prior or getting an arrest warrant. Just wanted to clear that up.
Different states use slightly different words here and there but it's roughly the same everywhere.

Police report just came out. It stated that his gf has been an absent mother who hasn't provided for her kids, or taken care of them for over 2 years. The grandma and ex-husband have custody of the children. The gf who lives with her parents, doesn't pay bills, rent, for food, clean or cook and is an on-and-off again stripper. She assaulted one of the kids and Tommy threatened her brother over FaceTime. She claimed the father hit her, but changed her story several times and had no marks on her. Tommy claimed to not know who the brother was until the police showed him the phone call receipts, so he then changed his story. They are both toxic liars.
Tommy also assaulted two of his bandmates in the past as well as an ex-gf. He also has been on a campaign since quitting Bad Wolves to harass them, and encouraging fans to do the same. I have been following his IG for years, and have seen this over and over again. He is his own worse enemy, and has been blacklisting himself from the industry.

I just posted something similar. People feeling sorry for these two. She's a deadbeat mom and after 2 years she wants to move the kids in with her and Vext and they didn't want to. Her dad (Vince) and his ex-wife (Alicia) along with the kids biological father have been raising her kids for the last 2 years. She hit her kid for not wanting to move and there was no evidence of the girlfriend being hit.
Vext threatened her brother and dad, there's a text from her brother to Vext asking is that a threat? Vext was arrested due to this not just because he showed up to talk to the police. He denied even ever talking to her brother and then admitted he had contacted him.
