  • We must take pride in who and what we have as Africans .The talents and skills that set us uniquely aside from the rest of the world define us and we must amplify these identities as Africans.
    Today, we showcase the creative expertise and products of our kinsmen from Bonwire, Ashanti region in Ghana, West Africa who weave and sell one of the most popular cloths out of Africa, the Kente. Watch to see what I mean

      Thank you for this resource.
      You didn't mention the name of where this place is; any contact information for the place? Do they have a shop? Instagram? Or how do we contact them to buy goods?

    When you come back to Kumasi, try and visit the ff locations and do a drone video....they are the most beautiful and expensive areas in Kumasi;
    -Danyame, Danyame ridge
    -Nyhieso, Ahodwo
    -Atasemanso, Paraku estates, Konkromoase
    -Ohwimase hill top estates
    -Daban new site, sokoban new site.

      Please can you let us know the name of the song and artiste at the beginning? It sounds really profound. It seems like some sort of praise singing or historical account of the Ashanti kingdom a bit like how Yoruba orikis recite histories of various Yoruba towns.
