- In this video, I'll fix ps4 controller. DualShock PS4 Controller has an analog stick issue which I showed fixing more in-depth than usual for those who are interested. I also changed the charge port.

The PS4 Controller does not work when pressing the PS button, and it does not accept charging. The charging port may be damaged. I will replace it with a new one.
Also, the right analog stick needs to be changed because it is very soft and does not return to its place quickly. I will change it, and it is not an easy process.

Do you need to replace the micro-controller with a specific model and if yes - which one? I ask because I have an old third party controller for the original Xbox with a broken micro-controller and don't know how to replace it correctly. There are no replacement parts for old third party controllers anymore to be found.

I bought the same orange stick module made by the favor union as in this video on Amazon.

I didn't think we'd be seeing a Dualshock 4 controller on here. Especially since the PS4 is still relevant. I mean, they're still releasing games for it, specifically God of War Ragnarok, Horizon: Forbidden West, Gran Turismo 7

Hey REG, I’m a big fan. I have a question for you: I notice you never bother to remove the smaller scuffs and scratches after de-yellowing (or maybe you do a bit off camera). I have some controllers that I’d like to remove the scratches from. Could you tell me the best way to remove light scratches and scuffs without damaging the plastic too much? Can you change the joy con bases without souldering
I used sellotape to protect the sticker on the underside of my DS4's to stop them wearing down. Stick it on and cut to fit. Works nicely.

Incredible at the end of the video the ps4 FAT does not make any noise I guess because it is very clean. I am about to buy a ps4 but they always say not to buy the FAT because of the noise issue and because it is already very long-lived. But seeing this beautiful video makes me understand that any model is good as long as it is well cared for.
