Karega is a remarkable human! Watch the entire season of Men’s Roundtable on the Black Love+ app and new episodes drop on Black Love's CZcams on Thursdays.
“This gentle, relentless, incrementalism.” I needed to hear that. This is me all the way when I’m down. I don’t know rock bottom either. I know to continue no matter with the help of my Father. 🙏🏾
That is powerful. Sometimes you can’t verbalize your experience until you hear someone else summarize there’s. The way he spoke about this, really helped me identify my journey. Bless.💜💙
I am not a black man but white from the UK. I have brought my child by myself. It has not been easy but has been rewarding more than there are words. I loved this video. It reminded me of a quote from a book called Anna of the Five Towns in which the central character a young mum talks about that sense of "a quiet determination". I recently lost a very, very dear friend whose death I have took hard. Little insights into the humility and strength of others such as this video are giving me the strength I lack in myself to battle through each day. Thank you so much for reaching out to help others.
Thank you, for sharing your precious children, and wife with us. I marvel, as I was abandoned by my mom at 7. The attachment phenomena is a disturbing yet factual experience. It being so painful and incomprehensible, my two sisters died, my father was a tyrant. Your stories help me learn what a “healthy” family is. I don’t mean apples, and oranges fruits and nuts healthy….. but safety, and expression and the open expression of , LOVE.
I have said this before, and I hope someone takes heed. I really want to see you (Beleaf), Karega, and Keir Gaines do a podcast together. It would be incredibly powerful! I admire your minds, and what you 3 have to say and share is needed. I think it would be so.dope.
Wow.. I’m loving the depths of direction and discussions. I thank you for opening up and sharing a forum for a perspective that very few acknowledge and see…it’s ok to not be okay and it’s always good to share and talk black men without being judged.❤
Wow so heartfelt!!! You are the wisest person ever! god bless you and your family! I've always wondered, who is the shyest in your family... Love your vids, keep up the good work!!😀
This is crucial for men to do even mandatory, so many men can't speak of how they feel or what they feeling cause of what society has said a man is suppose to be or do and can't do. I wish more men did this , now we need for brown and black men to do this together that would be awesome and would start something no one has ever seen

Brother Beleaf. I'm fairly new to your channel and have immensely enjoyed your topics and content. I have a two part question, the first is, Do you do one on ones? The second part is, if so, what are the requirements in order to accomplish this?
Nelson thank you so much for reaching out I’m currently mentoring four people at the moment, I’m at capacity but I will be opening more sessions around May
At rock bottom you have no fear. Why? Because your already down? Not the only thing in your mind is to get back up. That's when you will begin to worry again about staying on top.💓
That was a great discussion. The way Karega speaks is so eloquent. Alot of wisdom around that table.
Gentle. Relentless. Incrementalism ❤
