It can be made both in 3d or 2d
There are a lot of tapes like cello tape, doctor tape , plaster tape , colorfull tapes and etc

Dahlmer is not just a character- he is a real serial killer, with real victims. The entire Netflix show is insensitive, the creators didn’t even get permission from the victims family’s. This is messed up you shouldn’t create any sort of art honoring him wtf
