Yersinia Pestis when you lost a parent all you want if for them to be proud of you, i know because my mom died a few months ago. Whenever you do something bad, you get this pressure that your parent is mad at you in heaven
Isn't this from like a few moths after she lost her dad? You could tell her happiness in her face and energy dropped for a sec when Ellen mentioned her dad, she was a strong little girl, losing a parent is the worst thing ever!
why would they have her fakely danceing with a lizard being overly happy, she really had to hold back the tears when talking about her dad, its not normal shes been coached its not healthy, very brave and clever little girl all the same.
@@sarahsmith-el8br actually an important part of being an adult is having well-developed coping mechanisms for public. They did a really good job balancing keeping their private life private while also understanding that Steve Irwin was an icon to Australia that needed to be mourned and as such. You can tell her family deeply cares about her and her brother and they've grown up to be wonderful people.
@@jayncoclassic ye sthey have grown up well, i just dont like the fakeness of it all for teh TV, to me when little Bindi starts to cry she needs hugging no putting on a show for ANYONE, but as you said shes grown up lovely seams to not have harmed her.
@@sarahsmith-el8br I completely agree it comes across this fake and forced, but audiece don't deserve to see how the families truly coping. We know it's hard. "I want my daddy to be proud of me." My heart broke right there. I know Steve is proud but I know how badly she wants to hear it from him. You can know in your heart and mind a parent is proud, but hearing it makes all the difference in the world. Yes, I know I am commenting 12 or so years later, but it still touches the same. Oh my heart went out to this family and still does when he passed. He is smiling on them from heaven. Steve's life and legacy is living on in his wife and children 💗.
Imagine the heartbreak Terri went through losing the love of her life in such a terrible way, yet managed to bring up two AMAZING, BRIGHT, LOVING, MATURE, INTELLIGENT children who are grounded in the real world, who are not entitled, and who genuinely want to do good for their world. Terri, mother of the Century. For real. Awesome job, congrats on your gorgeous new granddaughter, and congrats to Bindi, Chandler, and Robert. You guys are definitely making Steve proud!
Bindi is now a grown young lady and so beautiful! I was just completely overwhelmed with tears as I watched this and I could feel how proud he is of his wife and children. Life doesn't end, it just takes another form which is energy and that energy can be anywhere and everywhere in the blink of an eye. He is still with them and will be there waiting to greet them when they cross over one day.
I was very blessed to meet Terri, Bindi and Robert at a location in Australia a few years ago. They were extremely pleasant, polite and generous with their time. 🇦🇺
Her Dad is Very, Very Proud of Her. (I lost my Dad around the same age) so when she said "I want Him to be Proud of Me" I knew exactly what she meant by that. She & Her Brother Robert(and of course Their Mom) Seem to Be carrying on Their Father's Legacy Very, Very Well. Much Love & Respect for This Sweet Family!:)
What a personable, smart well spoken little girl. She's a celebrity kid and I'm sure the family is extremely wealthy, but she is not spoiled like some are today with their designer clothing and bejeweled cell phones. She's sweet and well mannered, she actually apologized for eating 2 packets of beef jerky!
Gosh I love that little girl she and her brother or something special.... It's like Steve Erwin all over again.. He was such an awesome compassionate human being.. You can see that both Parents did an awesome job raising those children.... You can't help but smile just hearing bindy speak. This little girl is going to do amazing things for conservation and every living animal.
Steve Irwin and the rest of the family are my greatest hero. Before Steve passed away, I always watched his crocodile shows. I always looked up to him and I still do. I love Bindi and I really want to meet her. My dad always says I act like Bindi because of my love for animals. I act the exact same way she does and I've always wanted to meet her. I really hope to come out to Australia and meet the Irwins. I love you guys your my biggest hero! :)

They are continuing Steve's work. Terri is beautiful as always. She is doing Steve proud. Steve is heavenly proud of his family. I miss him, the whole world misses him 🐊❤🐍💚🐨💙❤
Incredible family, full of love, light and united by a powerful positivity that is their shared energy. Life does not end, but transforms. Steve’s amazing spirit lives in his wife & his family as demonstrated by this lovely child. You can feel they are all connected by their love & though they are missing him in the physical, they are all still together. This family will always be together. They are an inspiration of goodness & strength. May God bless them always.
I thought the same thing! Was she saying this accidentally? Or was this on purpose? Complete uncomfortable moment. Like how Ellen tries to get out of it. Lol
1:56 "I wanna be exactly like him." Made me smile 🩷🩷🩷 I can totally see how she wants to be like her dad. She was literally INSPIRED by him to be in the wild. If you guys didn't know, she had her own show called "Bindi the Jungle Girl". The show was about her being in Australia (where she lives...obviously) and she talks about wild animals that live there. You should check it out. It's more of a kids show, which I can agree with that, but if you're fans of the Irwin family, especially Bindi, you'd probably like it. Anyways, yeah. That part literally made me smile.
I'm from the USA and I got back from Australia 5 days ago. It's such a beautiful country. I highly recommend going there. It's so worth the money & 20 hour plane ride. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to go to their zoo since I was in NSW, but next time I visit (hopefully in a few years) I will be sure to go. Anyway I highly suggest going to Australia -- you'll have a great time. I know I sure did. I can't wait to go back.
Is it just me who is taking this girl as my role model? In the face of such pain, she's so strong and she's so wonderful. Beautiful, Beautiful little girl.
Aww she is so polite-nothing has changed. They're so real a side from owning and living around amazing animals. Mom is so sweet the way she is lovingly messing with Bindi's hair. Well done mom and extended family and friends. Terri is from the states though. I just recently started wondering if she sees her family that is not in Australia. I'm sure I've just never heard anything.
It was so sweet to see Bindi personality and sweet and kind hearted shine through. I bet her daddy is very proud of her, her brother Robert and his beautiful wife.... For keeping his Legacy and dreams a life. Now Bindi is a married women.
god Bindi has grown up so fast i remember when i use to watch Steve do his thing and little bindi was just a baby God bless the Irwin family and i know Steve is so proud. Just watching Bindi speak is like reliving how Steve exactly was, brave, innocent, and pure.
I loved Steve Irwin to death...he was a great man that had so much love and joy for the world. His daughter definitely has his energy and was definitely emotional for me to see that.

It does not seem like that long ago. What a beautiful family continuing Steve’s legacy and dreams. They have done so much with Australia Zoo and Wildlife Warriors. Bi day will be married next year and Robert is just like his Dad. Terri has done such an amazing job. Steve Irwin would be so proud. ❤️
Why are people being so mean? She is adorable, and her dad was an amazing person, it is terrible to have a loss of him.. And she is so cute, and very very smart. She is super enthuziastic, and sweet. And she has been through a lot, and she is only eight years old, and is already such a good person
