Sven is devastatingly handsome, and my goth, what a voice.
My wife died 2 years and 3 months ago on November 17th at the young age of 31. This song breaks my fucking heart. I know I will never recover and it's good to cry and remember. Thank you.

@BeMyRain06 shit man. I'm so sorry. I know there are no words to take the pain away. The best I can say is be kind and forgiving to yourself in the years of grieving. For me there were years of self accusation that followed her death. Ways in which I feel I failed. Things where, when I look back I can't seem to forgive myself for. Small things, dumb things, some things bigger than others. Times that pursuing money out of a misguided need to be the masculine provider took precedence over just being there. Times where selfishness erected barriers and conflict that in the grand scheme are ridiculous and meaningless. Time spent wondering if she could truly hear my apologies as she lay there comatose passing. Things I should have said and never did. You can never appreciate how finite things are until they're over. It's a stark reality that most won't know until much later in their lives. I know we don't know each other, but I understand and feel for you. There is no way to "be strong" when you're devastated. While I'm sure this is too soon to suggest, on occasion try look back on all the good things. Remember the true moments and the things you loved about her. Find a true friend who will just listen as you recount to them the best parts and what was in your heart at the time. For me, these are the things that bring solace.
