Totally agree with Wally, we need a completely new coaching staff. Staios needs to let Green pick his own assistants. He is the one that will deal with them the most.

Love to see some new blood and guys that have had success (not less than .500 wining %). I’d look for a Karl Taylor or Todd Nelson.
Another potential good option could be Dan Bylsma. He’s done great things in Cochella.
