There are a lot of champs that do subtle non-damaging debuffs (Angela with every special, etc.). He requires a decent amount of lore knowledge to function well. I think he is perfect.
I really like Juggs but there’s a problem and it’s that cosmics can shut him down with their debuffs like armor break. If that wasn’t the case and that cosmics couldn’t shut him down, he would be even better. I know there is the sp3, but you normally wouldn’t want go for the sp3 in like battleground matches
The amount of nostalgia/rose colored glasses it takes, to ever, ever, even consider voting claire over juggerman is wild. I've noticed a lot of people have nostalgia glasses on for claire specifically.

Agree it's easy to counter him especially in Incursion. However you have Juggernaut at max sig it's not so bad he can also heal from willpower.
He will be my second r3 to get me valiant. He’s unduped so prestige is low but who cares when you can just plow through everything 🥵
