yes you need coding with bimmercode and a wifi/bluetooth OBD adapter that is supported, then you go to BDC module, put on "not active" all the cold/warm checks for bulbs where you can find them and then select brake bulb type LED and indicator bulb type LED . That's it.

Nope? do you have warranty if your mainboardcomputer for some unknown led bulbs failed? nope (yeah it's happend on a lot cars and you buy new maincomputer by BMW) do I see if it slower or faster indicate from inside car? nope what for a f**k required? nope if you have oem led-lights ok but take cheap bulbs it's only poor
