INGREDIENTS:
15 cherry tomatoes
1 1/4 cups of dashi
2 tbsp. of mirin
2 tbsp. of light color soy sauce
A pinch of salt
Bonito flakes (for garnish - optional)

It is dashi. It's like chicken/beef/vegetable broth in US. There are several kinds of dashi depending on the ingredients used. Tried out this recipe. It's simple and delicious!!
