I just bought the H13, but have had the V11 vacuum from Dreame for almost 2 years now. The battery is still going strong from what I can tell. Then again I charge it only up to 80% and store it at that.
How's the dock design? Is it better than Tineco? My Tineco S3 works fine but leaks quite a fair bit causing corrosion at the charging contact. It's now charging only up to 75%.
What about dirty water tank? I just send the broken h12pro back to amazon and switching to h13pro. So question is about dirty water tank when you leave water for sime while it stink as hell
@@Tresvigint thanks! H13 just released in my country and $150 cheaper than S7 pro, but the spare brush and filter cost 3-4x than Tineco version. Really wanted to getH13 but I'm not sure about the spare parts

is it true that the Self-cleaning is only possible when the battery level is at 15 percent or less?
Did they add a filter inside the water tank to catch hair and other solid debri and separate it from dirty water?
