The thing about this scheme is that they seemingly were hedging it all on the repeating "fired up" rhyme as the strongest feature which ended up being the weakest part of it.

While Clint Eastwood was taking headshots on Bruce Lee, and Cleopatra was eviscerating Marylin Monroe with miscarriages... Oppenheimer literally went nuclear with his bar and vaporized Thanos. After Oppenheimer's U235 bar the whole battle was over, he could have mic dropped right there and let Thanos go on for 3 minutes straight and it would not have changed a damn thing.
