I don't understand a word, but from viewing it looks like: First: Get kicked from guild to join an unpopulated guild prior to the 1130/1930 guild boss encounter to maximize loot drops and to get around the cooldown of leaving said guild instead. Second: Maximize magic dragon eggs by having multiple characters? Third: Assist weaker guild mates in Realm Boss and leave the battle prior to killing. (doesn't seem like that big of deal or bug to me)
