    I just did this using the vacuum method. It worked wonders! When she said for only 2 seconds, she meant it! The water will come gushing out within 1-2 seconds, so try not to hold the vacuum too long to it, otherwise the water will end up in your vacuum cleaner. Whole process took 5 minutes and now the air con works like a beauty! Thank you!

      but upstairs I dont see the tube which Ihave to pump air in it... there are 2 lines, one ac cable and another one which I dont know.. but fixed in place with screw similar to the other tube that is for air compressor ... I heard and saw youtube video where they clean the tube inside the indoor unit.. your ac is one unit or 2 with one upstair?

    Oh blimey, I wish I could give you a million thumbs up! This just started minutes ago, it is 2130 local hours, so nobody would come to check it before 0900 tomorrow... followed your procedure with the vacuum cleaner... and presto, it is fixed!
    Thank you so so so so much!

    it worked! thank you so much. First I blew into the tube and was met with resistance, but after a second, i felt it give and water started trickling out of the tube and the unit itself. I then used the vacuum method and it sucked out a massive piece of dirt. now its working like a charm. Thank you to whoever you are!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You are a God. Thank you so much for your tips. I used the vacuum cleaner and it really worked so well, first I didn't believe it would work but when I saw the clogged dirt coming out from the pipe I was convinced that it was going to work. You have saved soo much money of the people out there who have tried this. Thank you again. Peace

    Used the vacuum method and it worked. Put vacuum attachment on the end of the drip hose, turned the vacuum on for one second and then took the attachment away from the drip hose immediately. It was a good thing because the dirt was dislodged and water came gushing out very quickly.

    Watching this at 3am. I'm abt to go to bed after a looooong tiring day and I'd have to wake up at 6am later to send kids for school. Just as I was abt to fall asleep I heard the pitter patter sound of water dripping out of my aircond. My day/night just couldn't get any better. 😩

    • @Bruvvers_by_Adamkhalil
      @Bruvvers_by_Adamkhalil Před 7 lety +2

      Btw, thank you so much. You're a live saver. It worked!! I swear I heard MacGyver song in my head while I was pumping the water outlet with my kids' inflatable pool pump (coz I didn't want to blow the dirty pipe with my mouth) Also, I didn't vacuum after that. I didn't want to use the vacuum at 3:30am because it's too loud. It's 6:30am now and I've just turned off the AC. And not a single drop of water came out of it (it has been running for abt 3 hours) Although last night I woke up to check a few times. I thought I heard water dripping. It was my imagination. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

    The vacuum method works like a charm.All that was needed was a clear piece of tube which was inserted into the drain pipe,attached it to the vacuum cleaner with some tapes and just switched it on until the dirt could be seen coming out thru the tube.switch it off before it gets further,otherwise you might get yourself electrocuted.i saved 120 bucks today!

    Was hesitant to trust this video with weird robotic voice. But I'm glad I did. I tried the suggestion that involved using a hand pump on the end of the drain hose. The aircon gurgled and lots of water ran out of the hose. Tested it out... After 20 min the air con started leaking again. But after another round with the hand pump, no leaking. Let's see how this pans out

    How can this be used for split type? (one drain tube from more than one air-con unit) sometimes only 1 unit is blocked, the other is not.

    I dont have drain tube in the upstair... in the roof! it is INDOOR unit WITH ANOTHER UNITE UPSTAIR WITH THE FAN THING.. so how to open the frame just unscrew the frame and take the tape out of the drain tube , IT IS THE THICK tube in the inside unit, and blow into it and tape the tubes togather as before.. and return the frame and READY... many video said that.. but if there is a tube in the outside unite Icould not find it... anyone knows?
