funny how a God-like alien is not only sentenced to prison but for a shorter time than a evil genius parrot
I mean there is the death penalty that is almost 6 times greater, so the evil entity of course gets off a lot worse relatively...
But to be fair, only *one* death is needed to do all of the death penalties. So yes, Pericles has the most punishment in the respect of prison time..
@@geoffhatch4996 yeah. but still funny
You forgot about nova's death even though she survived and in a coma
and how exactly would a life sentence work on this thing? it's immoral sooooo.....
Well the parrot did committed littering
The fact that Crybaby Clown recognized that he needed a therapist to be a successful actor but didn’t think to see one when he felt the urge to dress up like a demon clown baby will never fail to amuse me.
I love how it's implied that in the Scooby-Doo Mystery Inc universe, animals are tried to the same severity as humans since many of them display human level awareness. It's the same reason no one bats an eye at Scooby-Doo. I mean a talking great dane isn't that weird when your cousin's best friend had a tuxedo cat who spoke in a british accent.
Well if the annunaki all got busy enough a thousand years ago to have some remaining descendants there'd probably be enough intelligent talking animals around for that to he the case
@@twist_ending7545 i mean even if they didn't get busy, it's implied all their ancestors can talk, and animal litters can be pretty big. Just like 3 generations of dogs can go from 2 dogs (mother and father) to around 42 (average litter size is 6, and if each pup also grows up to have 6 puppies themselves, in total that's at least 42 dogs) so in just those three generations that's 42 dogs that can talk.
Or the monkey
I love how you just straight up called Pericles "Bird Hitler".
Technically, the assault charges that The Freak gets against Pericles and the Entity gets over Scooby could be animal cruelty charges too.

The Professor has less confirmed murders then I thought. The fact I can say that about scooby doo cartoon is awesome
He is pretty well written, you get the feeling he would have killed a lot more people behind the scenes.
Hot dog water's death scared me so bad and scooby's expression is heartbreaking.
Honestly i'm surprised about how badass and threatening they made him, i really cannot say that about almost any other Scooby Doo villain, and the other villains were humans and actual monsters, really impressive
“It’s a bird. Can’t be that bad right?”
i love this series idea, i'd be down for more of it. (still can't over that they put Nazi Robots in Scooby Doo)

The fact that an evil genius parrot gets a far harsher sentence than a god-like entity who wanted to destroy the universe is insane.
to be fair, the evil god is technically responsible for all of that through brainwashing, so all the charges can be give to the evil god
Tbf, that parrot is literally Bird Shitler
@@warlordofbritannianot to mention the actor is German too
Bro the mass murder on evil entity dayum
I feel like the Entity escaping the crystal sarcophagus would also count as escape from lawful custody.
Gotta say:
1. Jones SR loves stalking charges
2. There is legal uses for chloroform?
3. Yeah when you hear a tiny bird shouting angrily at you in German yeah you would piss your pants if you watched this show
4. Wait holup you chose entity?
Yeah charging the entity is like charging satan
Yes I’m counfused by charging a god with 304 death sentences.
@@tfordham13
Bruh it's literally what I said!
@@tfordham13 God charged Satan with insurrection and sentenced him to an eternity in Hell, so there's grounds for cases against divine beings.
Pretty sure chloroform is in cleaning supplies.
Bro gave professor Pericles a fee for littering
Pericles is in his mid 70's, possibly over 80 in the show's canon. This leaves the question of how he's kept himself alive for so long. Death scentences aside, he actually has a larger criminal record than en evil eldritch god. Good job?
I think he's a macaw cuz those fuckers have long lifespan
@@Eichaaa Fair point, parrots have lived into their 80's before.
Also let's not forget the fact that Pericles is presumably descended from the Annunaki... gods. Which also might impact their lifespan in a positive manner.
Pericles is a Macaw, and some of them have lived to be over 100.
Parrots live over 100 years in captivity
Like I said in the original post of this video, Professor Pericles has the highest criminal record of the normal villains in this series (not counting the supernatural villains). If you did the same for the villains for the movies, the first one would already have the main villains charged with mass murder, fraud, and coercion which would result in multiple death penalties and life sentences plus a high curtain amount of years in prison.
What does this mean
To be honest with everything he's done I'm suprised they didn't just put the bird down. Heck they had him locked up they could of just starved him to death.
@@jaye4157 well that'd be a bad precedent
Or even the ENTIRE franchise!
@@jaye4157 I like to think he gaslighted the entire prison into feeding him and keeping him alive
Pericles unleashing the Skull Cattle should be charged as biological domestic terrorism, as he mutated and crossbred cows, piranhas and bees to create them
And there still out there
Meanwhile, we’ve got the Gator family with just a counterfeit charge and a couple assault charges.
Plus Alice may(both personas) commit destruction of property and attempted murder when she was an assassin and battery in her zombie persona
@@eraser2592I would also give her five accounts of attempted murder on Mystery Inc before she was trapped as she would've if she didn't get tied up

Does doing it in a dream count? Because Chort (My evil Dalmatian OC) disguise herself as Delilah, and doesn’t even try to act like her. In fact, she acts like the opposite evil, she did it twice.
I feel like the Evil Entity needs a few more mass brainwashing charges, canonically it is responsible for every crime committed by every villain in the show. Which includes things like Porto sinking half a city and Danny Darrow and his family’s whole thing (would that be wrongful imprisonment?)
Not just in this show but in all other shows canon to it and the first live action scooby doo movie aling with any other crime commited by the criminals and the spainish
I miss shows like these that even if targeted towards children, were equally adored by teens and adults. While there are still shows like this being created, and some of them are good, very few of them fit the daring aspects these shows used to have.

funny how pericles got a worse sentence than the entity that killed hundreds of people and probably wanted to destroy the world.
to be fair that entity was only free for an hour or so so there was a liit to wht he could do, although technically you can blame t for the crimes of any mystery group and the coquistadors as it manipulated them
When you realise how many deaths could have been prevented if the gang had guns
They're under the age of 18, they cannot legally purchase or own any. No state or province, nor the federal United States or Canadian governments have provisions for minors to own firearms.
@@moblinmajorgeneral That make sense. But then again the Mystery Gang don't really follow the law anyways. They do things that are illegal at every age.
Cassidy had a gun and she didn't shoot Pericles
That is a bogus and misinformed belief.
I thought the title was "Mystery Incorporated Villains are Criminally Underrated".
Also lets keep in mind that this KIDS show has murder and Nazi robots, whereas Velma the adult series is...Velma (there are literally no other words to describe it).

@@chdest4550 Good point.
I wish that this in itself is an entire series; more of these villains need charging for their crimes!
For example, the Impostor Orc (Maxwell) from The Wild Brood does these crimes:
- Cybercrime: He uses death threat & coercion to force Velma to hack into the railroad security system & re-route a train
- Battery (knocks a train driver unconscious off-screen, attacks Fred & Odnarb)
- Kidnapping (x2): He abducts Velma & Scooby-Doo
- Attempted 1st Degree Murder (x2): Kicks Velma off a cliff & leaves Scooby-Doo hanging above the cliff, knew a train driver was still on the train when he attempted to crash it
- Attempted 2nd Degree Murder (x10): Those aboard the train would have died by him crashing it (a train driver, Fred, Daphnie, Shaggy, Scooby-Doo, Velma & 5 Wild Brood Orcs/geeks)
- Animal Cruelty (hangs Scooby-Doo off a cliff with intentions to kill him; also leaves him for dead)
- Coercion: He threatens to kill Scooby-Doo to force Velma to commit a cybercrime to hijack a train
- Property Damage: He smashes a hole in a building, blows up a bridge with a rocket launcher & crashes a train engine
- Theft: Steals a rocket launcher from a military base
- Possession Of Explosive Weapons: Has a rocket launcher, which he not only stole, but has no permit for
- Criminal Use of Explosives: Blows up a bridge with a missile launched from a rocket launcher he stole
- Terrorism: Destroyed a pretty hearty chunk of infrastructure with a rocket launcher, stalling what could be thousands if not millions of dollars in trade goods until the bridge is repaired.
- Cooperate espionage: It could be argued, since he was trying to steal (or destroy, been a while since I saw the episode) what was either a prototype, the first ever copy, or the source code for a new video game with the intent of damaging the company that had made it.
- Framing: (If there's an actual crime for that) The Wild Brood by dressing as a member of their gang, with the hopes of getting them arrested, or at least in trouble, for the above crimes.
those explosives and machine guns require strict atf regulations for storage and handling followed by inspections. not to mention getting the licensing to handle and manufacture destructive devices. you should add some extra charges for the unlicensed ownership and misuse usually thousands followed by decades of prison time. oh and tax fraud/evasion, since you need $200 tax stamps for each individual machine gun and explosive. (they have stopped registrations for new machineguns after 1986 to civilians)
I'd like to argue the charge of Trespassing against Mayor Jones; yes, as Mayor of Crystal Cove, he'd have access to City Hall but as the Hall is empty in the episode, it's clearly outside Regular Business Hours which, like most Governmental and Municipal Buildings, are 9AM to 5PM so both the Mayor and the Gang are currently Trespassing.
Except that there are a million and one reasons someone could need to go into their office after hours. As long as he had a key, I'm pretty sure he'd be fine, especially as he *was* mayor at the time, meaning *he'd* be the one to decide to press for charges
@@lightsidesoul Good point.
Professor pericles you missed: possession of a weapon of mass destruction and kidnapping X (the entire population of crystal cove)
‘Bird Hitler’ getting a harsher sentence than a literal evil entity is so fucking funny. why did calling professor Pericles ‘bird hitler’ make me laugh lol
Wouldn't Fred Sr.'s trespassing actually be a burglary? Because he entered a building unlawfully with the intent to commit another crime (which is the definition of burglary), or am I missing something?
Edit: Actually, most of the trespassing would be burglaries because either another crime was being committed or was intended to be committed.
I forgot how off the walls crazy this show was! Bird Hitler is deffinately a highlight.
63 life sentences plus an additional 275 years?!
At that point they're throwing him in jail until the jail rots on top of him then throwing him into another until that one does too....and another...and another...you get my point but still
Isn't there also a charge for like criminal impersonation or something along those lines pericles could get charged with for the fake ghost thing with the dead member of his old team? At the very least it would be desecration of the deceased or whatever that charge is.
I saw this video and now I rewatched the entire show, I can't believe you've done this to me
The Evil Entity deserves longer prison sentences since he was responsible for all of Pericles' actions since it corrupted him like all the other mascots. Though it's left ambiguous if Pericles was evil before that. He seemed to turn out fine in the new timeline though.
"TV Tropes Complete Monster: The Nibiru Entity is a member of a normally benevolent inter-dimensional alien race called the Anunnaki, which consider him the most evil member of their entire species. He's spent untold centuries corrupting and manipulating everyone around him, especially the team pets of mystery solving teams, by perverting his species' ability to use animals as mediums to communicate, all working towards freeing him from his prison. In the process he's ruined and ended countless lives through his pawns, including Professor Pericles, whom the Entity turned into a murderous psychopath. When he's finally released in the finale, he proceeds to gleefully eat his loyal minions alive, along with Mr. E. He follows this by turning Crystal Cove into Hell on Earth and devouring the entire town with sadistic glee, planning to move on to the rest of the universe when he's done, all for the sake of power. When Mystery Inc. finally kill him, erasing him from time in the process, we see what Crystal Cove would've been like without his influence: a normal town with everyone living good, happy lives, showing just how much pain and misery he was truly responsible for."
There’s something really funny about Pericles somehow managing to get both Life and Death sentences
2:25 I think that only counts as one case of trespassing since he hadn't left until he got what he wanted.
Please continue this series, Also I think The entity got Undercharged, it released Evil Anunaki which went on to destroy Crystal Cove, and if the ending of the Episode is anything to go by Probably Doomed the Planet with how the Gang got put in a new reality
10:38 "Crimes against World Peace"? That's a thing?!
Apparently, yeah.
Pericles makes entire rap sheets look small
I love how it took 10+ crimes that Preciles committed to get death penalty
Meanwhile as soon as we started charging Crybaby clown for his crimes he imedietly got the death penalty
It would take 72 human lives for Pericles to fully complete his sentence, let that sink in.
Awesome Video Bro!
Bruh, you can't sentence Evil Entity cause, that's like trying to sentence Satan himself! Impossible 😵
Honestly, the littering charge is just funny. Every evil thing he’s done, and then there’s littering.
Im amused by the fact a damn bird has like 5 death sentences and a few thousand years in prison
I think you mean 5,315 years.
Hotdog Water was killed in another dimensional plane, does the US still have jurisdiction in there?
well, the entrance was located in America, so yes, I think
Something about this sentence is hilarious to me lmao 💀
13:55 Nice use of the slap, there!
Mousait even gives life for first degree murders and gives 1 death sentence for mass murder
Funny how Pericles only gets $60k in fines but racks up 275 years in jail time, 63 life sentences, and 5 death penalties
I agree, that is funny, but $60K is rookie numbers compared to $2.52 billion which is 2.1 times more than the largest fine.
So, how do multiple Death/Life and excessively long imprisonment sentences work anyway? Especially in a world with magic?
Would they have Pericles pay his fine, then 5 times execute and resurrect him, then 63 times wait until he dies in prison and resurrect him, then keep him in prison for additional 275 years (as corpse if he died before they were up)?
Or maybe they could make him pay the fine, then do the Life sentences, then the defined length sentence, and then the death sentences.
Long story short: They die in prison, one way or another.
4:55 i’m pretty sure California doesn’t have that as it’s unconstitutional
So you can kill someone in California and get away with it? Good to know
What do you mean?
I think you need to look up what unconstitutional means.
@@tfordham13 exactly that

Lmfao the fact you called him bird Hitler makes me laugh
I was actually thinking about this sometimes during a recent rewatch I'm doing, for like, numerous of the monsters.
It interesting.
Also pretty sure Pericles' whole Shadowy Figure thing would count as some sort of harassment, likr if I recall correctly Mayor Jones ran out of the house screaming and slept in the yard, I think a few times, so, yeah.
You know that you fucked up big-time as a villain when the list of your charges needs a second column. Professor Pericles was in jail for very good reasons!
Good thing in the new timeline he isn't evil anymore.
4:03 I think you should also charge him for transmitting a computer virus, since that is technically illegal.
Nice! You acknowledge Mousait. I feel like his kind of videos could be expanded on. Like, how many crimes do videogame characters commit.
Like Clockwerk?
1:13 objection!! It would be classified under animal abuse or cruelty since he's a bird
If I can assume the roll of Mayor Jone's lawyer here, I'd like to put forward that (1) he is not guilty of all the accounts of stalking as he was following his son and (2) he should not be charged with assault of Professor Pericles as Pericles is a bird and therefore does not have the same rights as humans in the count of law. At worst, the Mayor is guilty of animal cruelty.
That doesn't really do much for all the other crimes the Mayor committed but still! Where is the JUSTICE if we declare someone guilty of a false crime no matter how petty it may be??
Objection the mayor also followed his kids friends and pericles is human enough as he can speak perfect English
It's possible that he was searching the church when the original Mystery Incorporated entered.
Ah finally some one did this please do more also small thing cry baby clown could be changed for vandalism for destroying the plastic surgeon receptionist cloths
I don’t care _what_ charges they throw at that thing as long as he goes somewhere I can’t see him forever 🥶
What about me.
How long am I spending in jail?
Not much but your ARE an accomplice to Pericles as well as creating the skull cattle and had a hand in enslaving the citizens of crystal cove
@@shotpack8374 Yes that does sound like me...
When professor pericles is such a terrible bird he gets charged with both life and death-
I would like to see more of this.
Wouldn't the mayor hitting the bird be more likely charged as animal cruelty rather than assault?
I mean it's a talking bird that knows how to do a slavery not far from human tbh
The ironic thing about Mayor Jones is that he's a more caring parent than Fred's own biological parents.
At this point, with no context to the series, Pericles is so vile that it just looped back around to hilarious. How do you even do over *fifty* life sentences *and* multiple death sentences?
For Fred Jones, Sr. -
On the second count of "Stalking", you missed Fred Jones, Sr. (As "The Freak") holding a saber or sword. This would be a possible count of "Illegal Possession of a Deadly Weapon".
The "Trespassing" charge into Shaggy's house, you should've also added the following charges: "Property Damage", "Menacing", "Attempted Burglary", "Attempted Assault", and "Robbery/Attempted Robbery".
Also, for hurting Prof. Pericles, a charge of "Animal Abuse" would suffice.
As for the season itself, ignoring the damages made by various monsters, ghouls, etc., would give him at least a dozen "Abuse of Power" charges, along with possibility of the following crimes: "Conspiracy", "Fraud", "Identity Theft", "Espionage", and "Attempted Extortion".
Pericles should get the Death Sentence for creating the skull cattle as it counts as unethical Experimentation
Committing murder can sentence you to life in prison not dead, but committing murder on mass can send you to death
Thanos got 10 Trillion and 11 Life Sentences
Also Shaggy is voiced by one of the OG Ghostfaces
a fricking EVIL ENTITITY made less crimes than a smart bird
How does a bird have 5 death sentences are they gonna kill him 5 times? 😭😭😭
I wonder what sentence Mindy Kailing should get?
11:46 Crybaby Clown tries to make them pay him, so that’s actually extortion, not coercion.
Two extra things:
Pericles creating the love chemical for Aphrodite could be seen as chemical warfare or terrorism, and he could (maybe) be charged as an accessory for all her crimes.
Crybaby clown committed Assault against the woman he pinned to the wall with the ice cream cones. (The fact that sentence makes perfect sense in context.)
More villians pls
How about the other four members of the first mystery inc crimes.
I really need to watch this show.

I'm game for any Mystery Incorporated or old school Scooby-Doo based video.
Please do part 2 of Mystery Incorporated villains charged with crimes also do Batman villains charged with crimes
I have watched Mousait and thought this was interesting
I had some how forgotten the amount of dead bodies/murders there where in this show, god damn pericles
For Fred Jones Sr if he was the legal guardian of Fred jr when he tried pushing him of the Clive wouldn’t that count as child endangerment
This show was darker than i remember it
For the record Crybaby Clown could take the insanity plea some could argue he wasn't in his right mind.
10/10 idea 6/10 execution as several charges are counted multiple times, have no evidence, or are never counted. Still was a great video!
How are you even going to put crybaby clown next to pericles? Like it really does feel like you went from 100 to 1
