When they met for the very first time, Fred was 14 and Sarah 15. Despite their young age, it was love at first sight that unfortunately ended after three years of being together.

For instance, in 2009 he had a short affair with Dakota Fanning. In 2018 he was linked to Abigail Breslin, who is an actress. The two love birds even confirmed their relationship but soon after broke up.
Highmore doesn’t have any children as yet.
