Changing the Narrative: A pandemic retrospective and vision for a new humanity

- We are now approaching the end of a two-year event that has nearly consumed humanity in fearful, fight or flight public health behaviors. All around us, we have seen people giving up their civil liberties, feeling disempowered, and being abandoned by family and friends. For our global community to move forward, it’s critical we understand the conditions that have galvanized our global consciousness.
Join me and a panel of emerging voices - Jade Lee, Paul Walsh, and Aberdeen Violet - for a retrospective and a look forward into our vision for a new humanity. We start by examining the history of coronavirus pandemics over the last twenty years, exploring their minimal impacts on all cause mortality and global population growth, and contrasting this data with the public health impact of our fear-based reactions to natural systems of biology. We then explore the ways in which our minds and philosophies schism by fear and how trauma impacts our self identity on the individual, community, and global levels. Finally, we consider the application of natural law and practices of love that can unify these fractured identities of humanity.

The mandates have ruined my life. I’m still struggling putting groceries in the refrigerator for my two children. I’m having a hard time providing since losing my job over declining the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health condition (Lupus) and Heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth Hospital. My husband passed away three years ago, I’m a single mother. I’m all alone. Every month is a struggle, a battle to not end up on the streets. I’m so depressed and embarrassed by my situation. I’ve been put down and mocked because of my circumstances. BUT Even as I face homelessness seemingly every month with two young children. I still have Faith that God will carry me through this tuff time he has this far. Thank you Heavenly Father.

I cannot imagine your struggles, but I can say with 100% certainty that you are loved, cherished, and worthy, and that you are always in the hands of the divine. People who mock others are always the most traumatized people who have never done the healing work. I am praying for you, as I pray for myself and all of us, that we may come through these times with more love and compassion for the human journey.
I have been where you are (when my children were 5 & 7 and I only knew two people in the new state we'd moved to only a few months before my first husband left us). Keep praying. Find a local church, meetup, or some such group and do not be too embarrassed to ask and receive help. Food pantries, or day old bread shops, ask for leftover meat cuttings from grocery store meat cutters, etc. I remember making one medium pot of spaghetti with sauce only and eating last after feeding four kids (my two and the other two that were the gal's children who took us in for 7 months while we lived in her garage). Through prayer and grace we made it. I raised my children and helped watch hers too) and built strong friendships that last to this day. I paid it forward after I found a job and moved us out, by helping a neighbor and moving her in with us for a year after her husband kicked her and her child out. I know times like these are different and even tougher in many ways, but God is ALL around you and will help you, just be open to receive. Many blessings in ALL ways!

I have been going through a long dark night of the soul. My skin has been erupting in bleeding, itchy sores over my face, chest arms and shoulders. I notice that if I take time to feel and cry every day, it stops. But if I stop allowing myself to feel the pain of what I’m going through, it comes back with a vengeance. So I make time to feel the grief and also working with radical forgiveness and lots of gratitude.

These types of conversations need to be had across the globe in every language. Such a service to deepen our knowledge and understanding of what it means to be human. We must collectively let go of what we think we are and reconnect with what it means to be human again. This Great Forgetting is providing ample opportunity to sit with the duality of it's counter force in The Great Remembering. These conversation catalyze more Remembering and inspire responsibility within and with-out.

Zach, I have only "met" you, via videos, recently, but I am blown away by you! I am so impressed and grateful that you even exist! I was completely entrenched in my opinions about the virus, the lockdown, masks, and the vaccines. But about a year into the "pandemic" I started seeing the good that came even to those that were extremely opposed to how the "pandemic" was handled by medical and governmental authorities. Just in the last couple of days, I have had a breakthrough about polarities, "schisms." If you can understand the lessons offered by each "side" of the polarity, then the polarity dissolves into oneness! I participate with a group of women for "girls night out" and I am the only one with the more politically conservative points of view. But we realized that the thing we have in common is our love for each other -- it is a beautiful thing! I would also like to thank you for your selection of the others who participated with you in this video -- Jade, Aberdeen and Paul -- what a beautiful and diverse group of people. Exquissite! A truly high-energy experience!

Wow, so beautiful. Thank you Aberdeen, Jade, and Paul for sharing your unique journeys with us. The past two years have humbled me in ways I didn't even know I needed, have helped me find my way to a deeper level of relationship and intimacy with myself that I could never have imagined was possible. The most beautiful thing I have discovered through it all was that now I am so much more equipped to truly see others, relate to others, connect with others in a way where I can see their unique beauty while at the same time feel totally connected to them. To celebrate uniqueness and oneness at the same time.
Zach, I first heard you speak at the beginning of the pandemic and give your version of where the virus came from, what the purpose of a virus was and what should have happened when it was discovered there was a virus spreading. It was from that video onward I was never afraid. I shared your video far and wide but I guess you have to be ready to hear. So I am outstanding in a field almost by myself in my world but I am not afraid of what will be coming.Thank you for this and all your other Global Education videos.

I've read pandemics are nature's way of keeping the population in check. Prior to Covid arrival I'd read several books on viruses and pandemics, so I wasn't fearful. What did shock me was how poorly Americans reacted. We made it so much worse for ourselves

During the pandemic shutdown our ability to get out among other humans and our diet took a nose dive as we ate less healthy food and amounts. My wife had a stoke about 2.5 years ago and was recovering nicely until the shutdown. After that her health gradually diminished ungtil I feared for her life. I attribute this to poor diet and social isolation.

We are all in this together oh my goodness we need to save peoples minds we do . I thought I was so smart . I learned in last three days I am not as smart as I thought . I am taking baby steps towards my salvation through this. I can’t help other people till I help myself I lost that capably and I realize it I have another chance now to choose my rhoughts
Though I'm a European descendant, I have all sympathy for the Navaho and other First Nations people, who thank God have somehow survived the total genocide wrought by the dominating and utterly callous white men and their superior numbers and weapons. They have survived for us all, not only their own nations, and their nations will survive for us all, for the flame of humanity that shines through all the horrific clouds of oppression in personal and systemic forms still with us.

So isnt there a genetic factor re severity?? You dont mention that at all. It explains well why some are more impacted than others in various parts of the globe. Not seperation from nature, genetic predisposition. Neanderthal genetics and inpaticular one specific marker that isnt found commonly in the places with low mortality from some very good studies done I believe.
