richard harrison palapress is normal cold cure acrylic, hard but not high impact. I would not use it for my partial job, as it is not strong enough and the shrinkage during this process will affect the fit, especially to the postdam. Anyway, this old way is good for labs, but not good enough for clinical use. As you will be facing a lot of breakage and ill fitting afterwards.
