To the people being confused, the clone's hand probably doesn't age any faster. Actual limb transplants have been done in the past and what happens is that they take the characteristics of the new host's body, changing size, bone density and skin color after a while. Because new cells have to be created for the repairs for these limbs, meaning that the host body is creating the new repaired cells, basically making the hand into a normal Bruce Wayne hand minus probably the scarring for the reattachment. Now rejections dunno how that works for limbs but this being a clone probably means there is no rejection. And you can shrug saying they reattached a new hand this late due to simply comic science logic. As for why he would want a human hand instead of a bionic one..... well that is one big ass distinctive feature that both would have.
