Which support spirit should be given to fill in their third slot?
Depends on the teammate. If the teammate will stay alive and is heavier, give them TPU and Min Min takes their optimal spirit. If the teammate is light, give them AK and Min Min gets TPU. The difficulty in theorycrafting this is we don't know how the Min Min amiibo will handle nor how it will play on platforms, or how the opponents will perceive the arms.

Are there any “reset spirits” like Porygon? Basically, if you put the traits on first, the stats go to -400. Then you put Porygon’s spirit on and it’s stats will get reset back to 0, allowing you to put whatever primary spirit you want on it after and have a balanced load out. Any neutral type spirits like this?
TOattack is the 6th or 7th depending on who you ask, Critical spirits are just... bad. They make for good raid boss content though, which we've covered in other videos

With Armor Knight, Super Armor, Slow Super Armor, and Great Autoheal being banned (and regular Autoheal being legal), which spirits would you recommend training it with? I feel like I'd want him to be strong enough for him to be difficult for humans to beat, while also being legally powerful vs other amiibo as well.

Crits are a major oof In Smash 4, they were *phenomenal* - literally so broken they had to be permabanned. 20% chance that it'd do 3x as much damage and knockback? Busted af In Ultimate, it's like 5%, and that's for a ~1.2x multiplier to damage, iirc it doesn't impact knockback. Super not worth it imo. Put on Trade-off Ability, it's one slot, much easier to get and vastly more effective.
That's tricky, then - when in doubt, avoid the Big Five: amiibodoctor.com/2021/01/01/the-strongest-spirits-in-competitive-amiibo/ If he's going to fight more than just human opponents, you don't want to be rude and use banned spirits like the Big Five. But if he's just fighting you, it's okay. Mario in general isn't that hard to train, it's hard to make a bad one, and nearly impossible to make a good one, so you'll almost definitely have one that's in-between. Spirit loadout's really your only issue.
That's pretty typical for a Bowser, Super Armor Bowser is one of the most broken options in the game no matter what you do with it. That's a pretty good stat spread for a Raid Boss - not a glass cannon, not an underpowered tank. That's correct - the only more broken combination is Armor Knight and Trade Off Ability, but Byleth benefits more from move speed imo

Use Critical Healing from Pneuma and a Metal effect, as that's often legal (though not always) and is still beatable
