      Most of them no specify that when wind the push-pull, with Center tap, one must wind in opposite direction both halves neither; so, think again for taken my doubts.

      Good question. At first we convert 220v 50 hz to dc using Bridge Rectifier and capacitor. Thene we have to switching at 25 khz.

      Sir maine 25kHz ke lia design kia he. Aap khud hi design kar sakte hai aapna requirment ki hisab se. Bmax ka value hamesa 1700 se 2000 ka andar raina chahiye. Aapka primary turns nikalne ka bad Bmax ka value check kar ligeaga. Frequency jitna jada hoga , primary turns utna kam lagega.

      Sir inductance value depends on the number of turns of the core, and core size .you can measure it by using rlc meter.

      You can apply switching frequency between 30khz to 100khz. If you increase switching frequency the turns of winding and Transformer size be reduced.

    Dear Hemant sir(guru jee),namaskar,ct-.022,rt-2.7k,rd-10ohms so f=23674 Hz,thus b max came 1774 for two turn,I have taken 20 gauge wire that for 27khz now please guide for inductance,

      Dear sir, 23-25 kHz frequency is better for your Transformer.
      If you want to use 27kHz frequency then you have to apply 1.7+1.7 turns.

    Hie, I have an EE core transformer using as an inverter. Here in CRO, I checked the input is 5Vdc and Output is 150Vpp and also in output the frequency is 384Khz. To find the no. Of turns in Primary, will you use F=384KHz? Bcz if we use 384KHz, then the answer is not coming correct.
    Also according to available data,
    Area= 1.49cm² and taking Bmax=1800

    I have a core like this from a ups but I don’t know the wattage of the core I try on my inverter circuit it’s work but the transformer get hot and all 1000 watt of mosfet get hot at 100 watt load the transformer it’s the cause of the heating so I believe old ups inverter or 50 watt core do you agree

      I think you need to calculate and rewind the transformer. You have to maintain B-Max value otherwise your transformer and mosfet will heat up

      If you apply 50 Hz AC in sendory winding , you can't get 12 volt and your transformer being heat up. Because Ferrite core transformer is not suitable for low frequency. If

    Inverter type called push-pull primary 12VDC and 300watts, at any moment in time is 300watts . That requires 12.5Amps flow on each 1/2 of primary side, to run secondary side. Also 12 gauge solid wire is too hard to handle with fingers. Several small gauge insulated magnet wires together to equal diameter of 12 gauge will also work, and easier to handle, and required for high frequency use as per chart. The part number of your transformer was not told. Others cannot reproduce your circuit. (English) Also , you neglected to add 10% extra turns on secondary due to inefficiency of transformer, and not machine wound! I prefer to use the surplus UU ferrite core sets, as from the old tv's, to make high frequency transformers, as they have maximum room for magnet wires + also insulated hook up wires.
