Hey!! Yes!! I was off CZcams for a while - so it may of been a few stories on my Instagram instead!!
I bulked slowly over the course of a year. Worked up to 3000kcals (calculated to my training, height, age, weight, etc) stayed at that for around 3 months. And now I’m just at maintenance- no mission to cut whatsoever. The intention of the bulk was to build strength with the help of the extra energy. Definitely worked wonders!! Will defo bulk closer to the end of the year again!!
