I really liked this episode. It shows that despite being friends with SMG4, 3 still is the villain/anti-hero we all know. I really enjoyed seeing Eggman playing a big role into this episode. If you saw the episode, The Evilness of Eggman, it feels like a big role reversal between Eggman and SMG3.

I was confusrd on Fishy being there and in the thumbnail. But it kinda makes sense considering his actions played a part into the arcs from the Waluigi arc the Rapper Bob arc then The Anime Arc with the CZcams arc stopping that streak. He suggested Waluigi ask to be in smash which he did and led to Waluigi getting his powers Got stuck in a well and ruined Bob's concert although that's the least evil arc villain he unleashed Then he and Bob did an anime competition with the anime challenge with the final challenge destroying the Castle along with bringing Axol to the Mushroom Kingdom with Francis nearby. Although considering Meggy's hatred fir anime he's probably also in there with him trying to make her watch it constantly
Don't forget Bob who also kickstarted some arcs too. First, he exposed Francis to the inkweaver which resulted in Desti's death. He then refused to renew the anti virus license which caused Zero to be unleashed and wreak havoc on the world (Which means that he was indirectly responsible for Axol's death).
The layout is kinda funny when you think back to old era where Eggman was trying to impress SMG3 in the 2nd episode of Sonic the Derphog and now the roles are reversed

Started off as a rival to 4, he got lots of development through the years such as helping him fight off Zero and freeing him from the demonic goop.
The irony as some time ago, Dr Eggman was losing his touch as his most evil creation was a version of E-123 Omega that was big on twerking, this did NOT impress SMG3.
Not gonna lie: you kinda ruined what was supposed to be a “semi-serious” moment:/ sure SMG4’s meme kinda gave it away a bit but what if we actually were meant to take it seriously??🤔🤔 What if on an alternate plane of our existence when this video was uploaded and we all watched it thinking it was just gonna be another classic SMG4 style slice of life episode like what we actually got🫤 the scene plays out similarly: SMG3 and Eggman head to the SMG4 castle, SMG3 walks in on SMG4 working on his Tomato Soup meme, SMG3 points the Glock at SMG4 with him in panic, SMG3 then says the line and pulls the trigger, the blood from the shot gleams on the window. But it doesn’t cut to Eggman congratulating 3…😳😳 we see SMG3 chuckle which then slowly turns into a laugh of anarchy relishing in his act of villainy! Than coming to a brief calm, then the camera pans over to his face eyes closed! Eyebrows downward showing despicability within! His smirk screaming of the purest of evil!!😩😩 then he opens his eyes… his moment of realization kicks in! Going from a satisfied gleam to traumatically broken!😧😧 and then the camera cuts to the table… the Tomato Soup meme perfectly unharmed and thriving… then slowly panning downward to where it is revealed that SMG3 didn’t shoot the Tomato Soup meme… he shot SMG4😢😢🥺… we see SMG4, blood splattered all over his overalls, undershirt, a bit on his face and even his hat which got blown off by the sudden breeze of the bullet… Shot right in the heart and just barely breathing SMG3 starts panicking in disbelief going over to 4 asking: SMG4! Baka!😨 Are you alright?!🥺🥺 SMG4: “coughs” (blood comes coughing out) 3… what have you done??🤕 🩸 SMG3: I I I di- I di- di- didn't mean to!! I uh uhhhh uhhhhhhh😰😰😰 SMG4: I- I thought that after all these years "coughs blood" that we were finally friends🥺🥺😖... Guess I should've figured it wouldn't have lasted "coughs blood" much longer😣😞😞 SMG3: look man! I'm hella sorry for all of this! It wasn't my idea it was- SMG4: it's over 3!!😡 you were right you always were better "coughs blood" than me!
SMG3: SMG- SMG4: always... b-b-better th-than meeeeee. Eggman claps as the doors open standing over by 3 as he takes in his grief. Eggman: well done SMG3... tell me how good does it feel to be evil again???😈😈 SMG3: No no! This wasn't meant to be! 😭😭 Eggman: well my boy I'm afraid it's too late to turn back now😌... SMG3: what have I done😞😞 Cuts to the whole SMG4 crew attending SMG4's funeral. Mario: I think don't think you are okie dokie!😡 Meggy: 3 this is a new low even for you😤 Rest of crew berrades SMG3 leaving him and Eggdog alone in the rain with 3 pondering: what have I done. Episode ends starting an arc where SMG4 is dead and SMG3 copes with his consequences, dealing with them, and finding some way of reviving SMG4 by the end of the arc and the 2 SMG's reconcile and all is restored by the end.
