Ingredients :
1. Ghee: 1/2 Cup
2. Sugar ( Powdered ): 1/4 Cup
3. vanilla: 1 Tsp
4. Salt: 1/2 Tsp
5. All purpose flour: 1 Cup
6. Corn Flour / Rice Flour : 1 Tbsp
7. Baking Soda: 1/4 Tsp
8. Baking Powder: 1/2 Tsp
If required add milk - 1 or 2 Tsp

Thank you for the recipe.. I added little milk at the end to make smooth dough like you. I don’t know what was the reason but earlier dough was tight like naankatai. I made 4 batches but every time doughwas not smooth..

Tried recipe mam . It's good but cookes are extra soft . Looks like ghee quantity is not perfect and salt is also more. 😮

I tried your recipe... Took exactly same measurements but the cookies didn't turn out well they were bit soggy in middle.

@@FoodForFoodiesIndia Yeah they were soggy even after cooling down.. I used a microwave and baked cookies in convection mode pre heated at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

My cookies did not retain their shape....became flat ...taste was good but the shape ....reason
More of butter, did you pop them in refrigerator before baking. ( normally, refrigeration is required) it helps to retain shape
I don't like your methods and the measurements.... I am adding half tbs of salt as your instructions but.... It's totally too much salty in taste
