  • ‪@Truongfamilyadventures‬ set out to try fine dining in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City to celebrate my birthday. We went to Square One a Michelin star guide of 2023 . Its a French and Vietnamese cuisine , food was amazing, nice decor, friendly staff , service was on point. This is the most expensive meal we spent in Vietnam so far in one sitting. Next was Jin Din Rou, a Taiwanese brand that is well known for dimsum dishes and soup dumplings and among other delicious dishes and drink. Atmosphere was lively with great service, will be back for sure. Lastly we tried deep friend quails at our aunty's house, she sell it on the cart right in front, only open in the evening time and quickly sell out, if you're in the area, its a must try because you will not able to find another place that is good as her. Thank You for watching our videos, we will see you soon with our next spot. Take care everyone.

Thanks for sharing your videos. I noticed that you're a fellow Seattleite... Also, do you plan on including videos of where to go and what to do, especially geared to families with younger children (Cody is cute). We're planning on taking our two boys in summer (I know it's going to be extremely hot). Any tips of how to stay cool would also be greatly appreciated! How is Cody handling the heat? Thanks in advance and have a wonderful rest of your trip.

Hi Katie, this was actually Kody’s 2nd time in Vietnam! We took him last year as well when he was a bit younger. We have put together a Vietnam travel tips (w/ kids) and what to prepare for or buy before the trip. If you email us at foodtosea@gmail.com, we will send you the full version since it is too long to post here. Yes we do plan to include what to do and where to go with kids in our next VN videos :) (So far, most of the places we have included in our videos are kid-friendly and clean.)
