This is the most I’ve ever played abyss in Genshin trying to 36 star clear, I usually leave it after 33 if it doesn’t come naturally, but this time I’ve been playing it non stop not sure why but I’m having fun in a weird way, the 50 gems isn’t worth it but the challenge is nice
I have now 36 started this abyss and that was the most fun I’ve ever played genshin in a while
Exactly sometimes the "50 primos is not worth it" Doesn't really fit the situation when you play for the sake of playing
At that point, it's not really about the extra 50 primos. It's more on the challenge if the character you built truly pays off from all the investments.
Same I always do 33 34 or 35 I'm too lazy to restart and I always do abyss on the last day hahahaha

For anyone wondering why Kazuha has CC is supreme:
Venti and Sucrose CC at a certain point away from them meanwhile Kazuha CCs around him, with himself as the center. And that's why it's much more comfortable to play Kazuha.
as someone who plays venti, I can't keep count how many times venti's burst go towards the middle of nowhere for no reason
@@ika7468 agreed and getting the correct elements to swirl in ventis ult or sucroses ult is a freaking nightmare, i cannot count the number of times venti refuses to swirl hydro in his ult, made me abhor perma freeze teams with venti despite having ayaka and mona
That's not all there is to it. Kazuha can suck in bigger mobs better than Venti can which is why he was used a lot more in the abyss now since Venti can't fully utilise his burst. But definitely having the CC centered around him makes it a lot more comfortable to play with since you don't need to pray your ability doesn't go into the void.
@@ClorxxKage Maybe because the swirl has priority over element infusion. Pyro > Hydro > Electro > Cryo
If there's only hydro infected enemies getting sucked, it's pretty easy to get it. Except in talent domain in Liyue.
@@MeltiisTo add to this, Kazuha also keeps enemies close to the ground while Venti pulls them high into the air. This makes it easier to land hits with melee characters when using Kazuha.

Sucrose at lvl 20 is still so useful as support coz 1) has access to thrilling tales 2) has access to 4pc viridiscent set 3) in that hyper carry raiden team her c6 has use and gives 30 something percent dmg bonus to the element her ult swirled on
She doesn't need much investment to get shit done which is powerful as fuck coz she can provide most of the utility kazuha can do at that level
he didnt bring is up at the end but they survived until the end because theres no many other 4* that was good. Probably the only other 2 good 4* were xiangling and xingqiu but the odds was going to be like amber or lisa so he decided to roll 5* instead since there are more choices for 5*, like zhongli, mona, ganyu, eula

I’ve been a Kaeya main since I got him in November 2020, and I’ve been nervous to attempt the Spiral Abyss since he never shows up in those teams, but this video proved that you don’t need to most meta team to get 36 stars. I’m gonna grind so I can build other characters and take my Kaeya right into the abyss as a Main DPS, wish me luck

there aren't many abyss kaeya run videos on CZcams but the ones that i watched are very very strong. u should build a freeze team with kaeya chongyun xingqiu and last slot left for a healer or anemo to shred cryo resistance. or maybe a quick swap team with kaeya sucrose xingling rosaria. thats what they used in the abyss run videos and im sure if u grind hard enough and build these characters, you'll be able to 36 abyss :)) goodluck!!
Kaeya Rosaria Xiangling Bennett reverse melt is a very strong meta team, but it does need two of the most used characters (Xiangling and Bennett lol)
idk about what ppl u watch but i watch zajef77 and he highly praises kaeya so its not new for me to see kaeya in an abyss ESPECIALLY in freeze so i think u will do fine. freeze is actually very good for the stinky wolves so yeah good luck on building him :)
Kaeya is meta, mostly because freeze teams are absolutely cracked. I consistently got 36 stars on the last Abyss using a Kaeya-Rosaria freeze team on the first half.

@@ekkusu9493 the little problem about meta is the fact that it changes every major patch to sell new toys, so building characters for the meta is basically equivalent of thowing hours and resources ( including real money, depending on the player) down the drain every 3 months. If there's something this video have shown is exactly that non meta units can do a very good job especially the 4* units that every " meta frenzied player" is spitting on. ;)
Diluc is boring and requires 0 braincells and Barbara has the downside of only giving healing when other healers have more to give
like Xinqiu, Bennett, Diona, Jean, Qiqi
@@higaiwokeru It's fine if you don't like them. However, Itto is one of those "0 braincells" characters but everyone seems to love him. At the end of the day not everyone wants to do mental gymnastics when they play the game :)

Ayaka is better in a freeze comp team. And fighting the wolves made her dash even more annoying than what it is
nah atsu was just messing up the combo by melting the enemies when they were frozen. That's why her burst kept missing because the enemies weren't frozen anymore.
As someone who doesnt have Ayaka and only used them during labyrinth event, yeah it's hard. Definitely need a few days to learn her flows.

I unwillingly became an Ayaka main and honestly she does need some getting used to tbh but after the learning curve, she is the laziest dps you could use so long as shes Actually built (tho tbf I have Mistsplitter)
Ayaka is one of the best dps in the game, and she has access to the most broken archetype freeze. Atsu is just a baby who enjoys wonky diluc gameplay.

He was throwing her Burst without freezing the wolves first and pushing them back. Atsu enjoys Zhongli shielding to ignore all mechanics and then going oonga boonga with Geo, the latest being Itto

abyss is so tricky, because without food buffs suddenly your dps capabilities are being tested and as someone who is a true believer of Travelling Doctor Supremacy, i always end up sweating like a scammer at some point
Card buffs, leyline disorders and abyssal moon blessing. I feel like my characters are 3x stronger in abyss imo.
Well I never used food buffs in my life, especially because I know there is no food in Abyss, even though we get stronger card buffs.
But if you need to use food in the world map, then you already lost the battle and you should go artifact farming asap
Food is needed to start beating ar45 artifact domains, well unless you get extremely lucky with wishes.

What I learned from this video is that I need kazuha.
I actually skipped pulling for characters since I lost 50-50 on Hu Tao’s banner for Kazuha.
What I learnt was Ayaya’s gameplay is hell 😃

Kazuha is a big game changer in abyss. I pulled him out of desperation to get one anemo 5 star, and at level 40 he gave me 9 stars.
My favorite part of this video is Atsu hyping up the 4 stars that he was previously upset about rolling LMAO

By the way, you can do damage with Barbara‘s E. At the beginning when she forms drops you can go near an enemy and they take damage and it’s based on how much your E talent is upgraded. Dropdamage can be seen on your skill, if you go to it’s stats.
This challenge was so much fun to watch HAHAHAAH I've also grown to appreciate sucrose after playing with her for a bit to get her friendship exp (for her namecard) and honestly she's so useful despite not getting much resources!

That was entertaining! As an Ayaka main I think if you have her at C0 she is just okay. I have her at C3 and she slaps hard. Her dash doesn’t bother me because I started the game as a Mona main (she was my first 5 star). My Ayaka’s ult absolutely obliterates enemies and I love it. Can’t wait to get my queen Ganyu to pair with her for an ultimate freeze combo. Thanks for the fun video Atsu!! 👍🏽👏🏽

It hurts seeing people with characters they don’t use getting so far when I use my good teams and get to floor 10 then lose 😭 im AR 56 and still can’t beat abyss
Tbh you might need to either
1) just have more characters 😔 or
2) level up ur characters/weapons/artifacts if u haven't yet - even if they're not BiS or the artifacts aren't that good, just having them leveled makes a big difference

I dodge even if i have Zhongli. LOL. Mangu Kenki's strikes and those pesky wolves hits can send even Zhongli's shield to smoke pretty fast. ( plus is always useful to keep exercising this skill XD )

Barbara has always been a SUPA STAR!!!! Ayaka is boss but only if u can play her get the charged attacks in and aim that ulti right. Im going to be honest I wanted Kazuha because them pretty maple leaves swirl, I had Venti and just pulled him because I liked his design. MANNNNN I had no idea he WAS A GOD, and I put venti in the closet quick. ( I love him doh, as dust collects)
Finally got to floor 12, been stuck on floor 10 for the longest time and was never able to clear floor 11, but this time I got 9/9/6/1 for the star count (25 total). I am super proud since my second team isnt even built that well, just trying to work out artifacts since I am happy with their talent levels and weapons for now.
Also as a F2P ... you ALWAYS kill the wind one first.
The last labyrinth event was the perfect place to test various 5* characters that I didnt have: Ayaka, Mona, Kazuha, etc. Still cant get used to playing Ayaka and Mona yet, but their ult are hecking great. Kazuha is the one I love the most, easy to use and powerful. Cant wait for his rerun, but hopefully not too soon since I'm going all out on Zhongli's banner 😵💫

LMAO during the corrosion abyss, I was worried because my only decent leveled healer was Qiqi, (Noelle is my tank, but no big damage set sadly) I used my lv40 Barbara one the other team and she CARRIED that team. Sure I got frozen a couple of times but she made sure no one died much
