    As a foreigner, my impression on Boris is that he is an opportunitst. He created Brix but jumped ship when things getting tough. No shoulder to be the leader of UK.

      He created Brix? Brix is a solution of sugar and water. If you meant Brexit, that wasn't Boris, it was Cameron. I'm a foreigner too (Belgian) but I fully support the U.K. stepping out of the corrupt Euroblock which reckons it can be a world power through total European control.

    I wish there was a law that said you have to have been resident in a constituency you want to stand as MP for, for at least 10 years.
    I don't know why Britain allows people who are obviously career politicians, to run around the country standing for MP anywhere so they can get a job.

      Im just wildly amusing you're american yeah? The reality is not only that but you dont even need to be a resident of the UK by law alone to be allowed to even become a candidate all you need by the local elections is 30 signatures I think it is of the constituency where you want to be elected and then you can become a local elections candidate, seriously thats how open it is (obviously one of those countries must be a commonwealth nation). Though on 2nd thought actually that might be to do with the local borough (perhaps the parish) councils (plain councils being the local borough councils I mean).

      I think though if one was to use the example of the US Senators at least (not sure about the lower house) need to have lived in the state of which they are a senator or something such as that, it could be slightly more varied they either have to have that or be born or have relatives in the state I am not really certain to be really honest. There's more lax laws on the lower house though by comparison I do know that much.

      @@klemenator Look at the wealthy interests that gain from the implementation of neoconservatism, whether it be in the US, UK or Europe, there are plenty out there who given a chance will asset strip countries. Johnson, like Trump, Salvini and Orban are just their front men.
