    Thanks for bringing up the point about not being on a certain eating plan for too long, and being on it for at least 2-3 weeks. On the flip side, we've found in our clinic that cutting out foods for a shorter amount of time (say 4 or 5 days) is just not enough to resolve gut health. It'll take at least 2 weeks of cutting out certain foods to heal the gut! It may be harder to do for longer, but totally worth it!

    ⛳️A older couple, 75+ lives in my neighborhood.. They are always biking in neighborhood , going for mountain biking, swimming, walking… I talk to the lady often, one day, I asked the lady what time she eats?
    she said
    7am - I have big breakfast
    9am - Go for swimming or
    Biking or grocery shopping & comeback by 11:30am
    12pm - Have lunch, Big If they have gone for swimming becoz that requires the most calorie.
    4:30pm - Eat light diner
    If hungry at night eat only few grapes or a cracker with Peanut butter. Simple life..🙏🏻

    I do the lo fodmap diet because I had severe acid reflux and IBS that had me hospitalized twice last year. I went in depth about this on my CZcams channel last month. I have lost 70 pounds but the thing I am most happy with is I am no longer on medications for my gut issues and I feel better than I have in my entire life. Thank you so much for sharing this. I healed IBD with the SCD diet, thats over 10 years ago now. I later transitioned into a paleo diet, however stayed on it for way too long and suffered from being metabolically adapted to a low calorie and low carb diet (whilst over training) resulting in terrible insomnia, mood and energy issues. The SCD was great a game changer, but once healed try introduce more calories and a balanced eating plan.

      @candaniel Před 2 lety +3

      "The less the better!" - so eating nothing is better than eating anything at all (cuz the less the better, right)? Sure, starve yourself to death. Makes sense..
      Sure, some people see benefits when they do caloric restriction, but caloric restriction is not the same as "the less the better". You NEED energy to function, restricting calories too much just puts a stress on your body, the metabolism will go down etc. Cells need energy to function. Don't go overboard with calories, but don't starve yourself either.. That's why statements like "The less the better" are absolutely ridiculous. Everything in balance.

    My holistic doctor just had me do a blood draw for food sensitivities/allergies, found out through this test I need to avoid pineapple, all dairy, gluten, papaya, avocado, and egg whites which I was eating some of those because my last holistic doctor told me to do paleo. Wasn’t working out for me. When I eat those foods it starts with my lips, start peeling. I had major leaky gut issues, I had candida/parasites (saw it from doing coffee enemas), itchy cracked dry skin(eczema), getting Yeast infections , warts on my hands were getting worse, i was so miserable. I think what saved me and has healed me the most was my at home far infrared sauna, I bought it off Amazon. I posted a before and after picture, you might see it on there. My infrared has saved my health immensely. They need to promote this more often. I wasn’t getting enough blood circulation throughout my body and I was always cold and achy in certain areas of my body. I read how far infrared sauna can help with blood circulation and promote healing in our bodies and not to mention helping to detox your body from all that sweat. I never sweat either, I do my fat infrard everyday and make sure to drink lots of electrolyte and coconut water every time. My holistic doctor says it’s fine that I can use it everyday so long as I feel fine/great after using it, not sluggish or worse after using it. It was the best $200 investment towards my health, my warts are practically gone and I actually had pizza for the first time in months and had no symptoms. If I would have ate that 2 months ago, I’d be miserable, burping every second and I wouldn’t be able to sleep not to mention the bloating but my body was fine. Still trying to be careful though in what I eat. Do some research: far infrared sauna healing leaky gut. I figured just buy one and save money instead of going to a place and spending money every time you use it there.
    PS: the only reason why I looked into it in the first place, far infrared sauna was because I saw on some girls CZcams it helped flush out parasites in a video she did, that’s al I thought it would do, I never thought it would completely heal me. It was a gradual thing by the way, I didn’t heal in a week...I really started noticing small gradual improved changes in my Health each week, I’ve had it for about a month and a half now.
