What protocal does the hospital OR use for pre-OR patient sterility ? Does a patient need to follow any particular regime prior to a scheduled surgery?

Thank you for the question. Yes we follow the AORN standards, each surgery will require a different pre-op prep and the patient should follow all instructions from their doctors.
