Nezuko replies a man who is like a Hisha (a shoji piece), which basically means someone who can move horizontally and vertically. And becomes a "dragon" when entering enemy territory. This trait describes Zenitsu's thunder breathing and how he becomes serious when in front of the enemy. Funny enough, that omake came right before the reveal of Zenitsu being shown as a sleep fighter.

Also, something they cut from the anime is when Tanjiro was out doing stuff, Zenitsu would sit by her box and tell her stories of what they had been doing during the day.
Nezuko would get very happy and start scratching the inside of the box to get him to tell her more stories. So Zenitsu promised to do so every day so she wouldn't feel like she was missing out.
