@@HypnoticHollywoodcowboy refers to Hollywood Westerns or singing cowboys, kinda like what John Wayne did with his movies or with Roy Roger’s Music. Western refers to Spaghetti Westerns with stars like Clint Eastwood, mainly with instrumental music like the scores made by Enrico Moran, or at least that how I think I spell his name.
Really wish there was more of this breed of music. This is the only one I’ve found so far.

epic space western feel
This is like Steampunk, but with lasers, not cogs and chrome, not brass.
Something like:
_In a dark bleak future a war veteran, disgusted with a war against alien race returns to his home town terrorized by a gang of mutants from the radioactive wasteland... In his quest of revenge he finds out Silver Skull might be after something even worse, something to endanger not just the West Coast states, but the whole planets once more_
otherise known as cyberpunk, since the very nature of westerns is pretty punk, consider it's the whole 'I'm gonna find my own patch of land to call my own, and I ain't gonna let anyone tell me how to live my life'

@@CIintB3ASTW0oD I will admit I'm stretching the definition a little, like people do when lumping gaslamp fantasy in with steampunk. Essentially, cyberpunk is much like steampunk, dieselpunk, etc. The 'punk' aspect is rebelling against something, like tradition, authority, convention, etc, whilst the 'cyber' part means cybernetics, cyberspace, digital age technology and the general interconnection between people you get with the internet of things.
So, technically? Your cyborg cowboy fighting aliens in the wild west with teched up tools and such, counts.

This is a really cool juxtaposition that really works reminds me allot of the avener really cool one of the fresher synth albums I’ve heard in a while.
I didn’t even know if this genre existed but I was playing rdr2 and I was riding alone at night and was like “this feels lonely, it reminds me of metroid prime.” And then I was like “sci-fi western music!”
This music should work perfectly with RimWorld
