👩🏽🍳Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cups honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla powder (or extract)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
1. Mix together the wet ingredients: mashed bananas, coconut oil, eggs, honey and vanilla powder.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients: almond flour, salt and baking soda.
3. Start adding the dry ingredients to the wet ones and beat until batter forms.
4. Toss in the crushed walnuts.
5. Preheat oven at 340 - 350°F / 170°C and bake the banana bread for 45 minutes in a pan (with parchment paper), until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
6. Remove the bread from the pan and allow to cool down completely.

Doctors here dont want you to have proper nutrition bc it means more health issues which means more money for them
Totally agree with you. Doctors in Australia do one unit of nutrition in one semester of their whole 7 year degree!! They get kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies when they prescribe brand label pharmaceuticals; it’s all about making money and it’s the same attitude as the pharmaceutical companies, you can’t make money off people who use food as medicine.
