Well mai iss baat see disagree karunga ki giratina mid universal level ke Pokemon hai. And mere paas eek chota saa proof hai bhi. Dekho agar Giratina mid universal hota aur dialga and palkia high universal level, too Dialga and palkia hi Giratina to dominate kar sakte hai. But actually eaisa nahi hai kyuki Arceus nay Giratina ko banish kiya tha aur Giratina ne too almost dialga ko mar hi dala tha. And according to my some research, Giratina lord of distortion world hai but lord of gravity hai antimatter nahi. And agar scientifically dekhe to gravity time and space ko manupulate kar skta hai and i think this is also the reason why Giratina shifts his forms when he crossess dimensions and i guess for this reason only Arceus banished griatina not for being cruel and evil.

Ghost type means real ghosts. Dark means evilness it can be a Ghost or not. Cause according to stories an evil is stronger than Good ghosts or ghosts who were semi antagonists. That's why fighting is stronger than Dark cause fighting for justice against evil. Good vs Evil where Good prevails. Ghosts which are good are mostly sacrifices to kill evils that's why dark is strong to ghosts and dark is weak to fighting
