Here's the measurements for inches : 36.5 cm = 14 3/8", 6.5 cm = 2 9/16", 23.5 cm = 9 1/2", 5.5 cm = 2 3/16", 10 cm = 3 15/16", 12 cm = 4 3/4", 5 cm = 2" Please double check from google.

Yes, you can.
I was thinking that too I love the tutorial and I love this bag. Could you sew the lining to the zipper as your sewing the outer panel to the zipper?

Laura Williams me too. I had my fabric cut for this bag but cut a piece a little wonky. So today I’ll pull new fabric and try this again. Any ideas for a sandwich the zipper tutorial to refresh my memory on the technique?

With this design of bag, is it possible to sandwich zipper between lining and outside fabric, assembling outside fabric and lining, leaving a gap in the lining for turning? Or is that not possible the way the corners are boxed by the zipper? Thanks for sharing. Darling bag,
Geraldine Lombardo if you open the zipper before finishing out the final stitching around the bag you can flip it that way. I've made a few zipper bags an each time I've sandwiched the zipper between the outside and inside fabrics. I don't understand why she hand stitched the inside onto the zipper 😕

Am I doing my centimeter to inch conversions wrong because I don’t understand why every time I do the conversions that the inside fabric is smaller than all three outside pieces. This is driving me crazy!

Am I correct to believe that the measurement for the top panel which you wrote 5.5 cm (coming down from the top) should actually be 6.5 cm like the rest.
I cut 5.5 as you have written and it turned out I get unequal lenghts for the side box seams. But thank you all the same. I will try to make the adjustment. ❤️🙏
May Margarita : For outer bag : If you cut 6.5 cm like the rest your side bag will be 13 cm which is different to the bottom panel which is 10 cm (i cut mine in 5.5 cm cut in 2 pieces will be 11 cm ( 1 cm different which is for both sides zipper allowance. Thank you for comments!
