  • If you’re thinking of moving to St. Albert, a city in Alberta northwest of Edmonton, make sure to watch this video to hear my favourite parts about living in this community. I made the move to St. Albert two years ago and I have a fresh perspective on what it is like to live here.
    Here’s what you’ll hear about in this video:
    Why you can't go wrong with any neighbourhood in St. Albert
    A huge benefit of paying property taxes here
    Three reasons why St. Albert is great for nature-lovers
    Why St. Albert is a perfect balance between big city and small town
    and
    The amenities that St. Albert has to offer

    Sad to see St Albert turn into an expensive over crowded big town. It's like a little Edmonton.
    All the people that grew up there seem to have all left.... wonder why ?

      I tend to find a lot of people who grew up in St. Albert stay around here! I just met my new neighbours who are retirees, they grew up in St. Albert and just moved back!

    I've been interested in St. Albert! But I don't have any family there and I'd be moving as a single person~ I love the slow life and suburbs. Do you recommend St. Albert for a single person?

    • @stalbertrealtor
      @stalbertrealtor  Před 5 měsíci +1

      Hi!
      I don’t have very much extended family here but have found it very easy to make new friends! Actually easier than other cities I’ve lived.
      If you’re looking to build a community here I would suggest joining a group - some off the top of my head are: curling, cross country skiing, a spin class, there are several different art groups, on Facebook there are a couple of different coffee meetups and even a millennial women’s group that meets up periodically!

    Yeshua Hamashiach is God in the flesh, the Son of God, the Word of God, and he died so that you may be presented blameless in the sight of the Father. And so you may inherit his kingdom. The LORD Yeshua Hamashiach is the only way to the Father and his kingdom. Repent of your sins, turn to Yeshua and accept him into your life as your LORD and Savior before it's too late, every day is not guaranteed.
    John 14:6
    Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.

    How about taxes, they seems a lot more than other communities around.

    • @stalbertrealtor
      @stalbertrealtor  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Hi! Yes they are a little higher than surrounding cities. The tax rate in Edmonton is 0.9% and in St. Albert it is 1.1%. You can check out my next video where I break down the costs of living in St. Albert : czcams.com/video/OJuxfezg0YQ/video.html
