Latte has to be the most wholesome ASMR creator out there. Doesn't interact with the community or manipulate us with parasocial relationship. Just posts good vibes and lets it be. There are few people a respect more than her.

I’m 8 months pregnant and for about a month now I’ve been seriously struggling with restless legs. The exhaustion I feel each night comes with much frustration. Latte has been the ONLY reason I can fall asleep. Thank you for bringing me peace during these sleepless nights 💜

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having struggles with getting rest. My restless leg in my pregnancy is from low iron. I wish you good health!
The best thing for restless legs is taking a bath in Epsom salts. The magnesium in Epsom salts gets absorbed through your skin, and it helps with restless legs.
Coming from someone who has had bad restless leg both from pregnancy and from antidepressants (restless leg is associated with serotonin levels, so antidepressants often have a side effect of restless leg). I’m also a former therapist who recommended Epson salts to clients who had side effects from their meds. Try it out, it really works! And you can get Epsom salts from most drugstores, grocery stores, and even dollar stores.
Additionally, you could take a magnesium supplement, but it is actually better absorbed through the skin - and always check with your midwife or OB before taking an oral supplement.
