I have never used a dig but interesting how they work, nice they include all that's needed and just add a servo. Now that radio very strange, that's a re-cased Calson Pro3 steer. The screen is identical and how you go through the menu. That dig worked so well, like a dog dragging it's arse over the carpet 🙂
Man my honcho still has a savox servo I installed 5yrs ago. But it wasn't a cheap one it was a more expensive high torque, and waterproof. I've got protek, and reefs all wired up with proper bec, and never have servo issues lol.
Sweet brother! The way I done mine is turned my travel all the way down and then slowly turned it up till it engaged. And huge help on the course! Great video!!
It definitely hooked it right around those corners! Not too many rtr radios have that nice of a setup with them, that is a very nice bonus!

The 1080 is indeed a very good ESC and is able to accommodate larger electrical requirements.

Great video Brent, that dig really helped on the course's tight corners! Glad you mentioned to watch the end points when installing to avoid damage. I also like the 20kg servo from Amazon, the first servo I ever ordered for my first kit and it's still going strong! (using as the dig servo in my Phoenix ironically!) 1080 always an awesome budget choice too!

Great info bro.. did you hook up your over-drive yet?.. I'm actually taking mines down to the hobby shop tomorrow to get dig and OD installed.. I already switched my receiver to a SkyflyGt5..
