Why you Need Rep Fitness Drink Coasters in You LIFE!

A lot of home gym items were on sale this year and I found these online and got them. The deals from ‪@REPfitness‬ ‪@roguefitness‬ ‪@BELLSOFSTEEL‬ to name a few were pretty good this year but fortunately I am relatively set with what I have in my home gym space and for my programming.
I did end up purchasing 6 months of the ‪@RenaissancePeriodization‬ program after using it for a month as I did like it. Will give it a little more time for a through review of the program which is more bodybuilding vs. power building as you can imagine. Not a bad thing at all as I am learning a lot from running it.

🤣 that is hilarious and I can see that working. It is a good and a bad thing I only bought these this year. Wanted the Rep SSB but when they did 10% I could not stack $10 worth of points.
