that's best thing Garrett, you should only film when you feel like it, cause this is when the content feels the best for us IMO. Don't force it, don't burn yourself out, we already have a lot of you on GG and on GM. Much love
I have those type of dreams about once every 2 months. Started happening maybe 3 years ago. Super weird feeling, especially because you eventually realize youre sleeping and try to wake up but when you think you succeed youre still in another dream. Kinda cool to talk about but it can definitely be an intense experience sometimes
you guys do so much, we don't care that you don't upload every day. We like watching when you're happy to vlog. It's apparent when you're not into it, so you do what makes you happy buddy, have fun!!!
Yeah man I've started getting sleep paralysis recently. It's completely normal but can be super sketchy and come in different severities. Keep up the good work and look after yourself! 🤞🏼
Hi Garrett, The essence of everything is trying to find the work/ Life balance in what you do. If you come to the point of Burnout, you have let yourself go too far and it is hard to come back into that balance without baggage. At the end of the day, you do you!!!!. If you have to dial it back to where you gain a better perspective on life, work, friends, and family. Then you do that. Your close net group will and should understand this and have your back, If not, then they shouldn't be involved in your next journey, it is that simple. I love your videos, especially your golf videos, I don't play golf myself but your vlog content has captured me and I watch everything and your collabs with other golfers. You are a great golfer and content created, Keep it up. Be safe and be well...
I’ve had inception dreams, can’t recall them anymore. But I remember one dream that lasted multiple days where I went to bed, the got up the next day in the dream and continued to do stuff. All in all, that dream went for about 20 hours!
Haven’t had those per say however I’ve had sleep paralysis a couple of times and that’s easily the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced so I know where yah coming from brotha
100k is a niche audience. look how far youve come. i remember watching your college vlogs with your girlfriend and your soccer friend... lol congrats man, you deserve it
I’m so glad you mentioned your dream within a dream Garrett. I had the exact same thing happen to me and it was the scariest thing . Mine was a terrible nightmare and did not finish with me practicing with bubba lol
I highly recommend the Thomson county club about 45 minutes outside of Augusta GA. Lil 9 hole course, not the most prestine but great to mess around on and have a good time with the boys. A better course in the Augusta vicinity would be Bartram trail in Grovetown GA, I think they did/do some of the women's side of the masters there.
That’s a much better outlook for your vlogs. My only suggestion is recording 2 to 3 weeks of content and then you can have plenty to work with and then you could upload something like once a week or once every couple of weeks so you don’t feel burnt out
It’s a cool feeling and a little weird having those dreams. I suffer from night terrors and I’ve had a night terrors within my night terror. It’s really freakin creepy!! Inception is an amazing movie.
Yeah man I’ve had dreams within dreams and when you wake up from your dream in a dream it feels so real. it’s almost like you’re lucid dreaming in your second dream. It’s pretty nuts, it throws you for a loop. Craziest dream I had I got shot and felt the bullet i could feel myself dying I had the fear of dying because I thought it was real so I actually went through the whole mental and emotional process of passing away.
Had my first experience with this a couple weeks ago too lol. Had a dream that I was having a pretty normal day, just working, and then went to nap in the dream and started having a nightmare about someone chasing me. Woke up from the nightmare and kept working for a bit, and then woke up in real life. Was really trippy…
Yes I’ve experienced inception dreaming but my memory fades so quick like it’s creepy but awesome at the same time. Also Garrett one day I will have a chip off with you and also I’d love to show you guys how to play hockey!
Man, I've had so many sleep problems in my life. I struggled with insomnia for a long time, and honestly, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. I tried everything, read extensively on the subject-I think I have a Ph.D. in sleep, no joke. Now, I sleep like a little baby, and it's wonderful. If you need tips that worked for me, let me know; I'd be happy to help! (Note that what worked for me might not work for everyone, as we all react differently!)
Yoooo, if you’re going to GA hit up: 1. McLemore 2. Legacy Lanier Islands 3. Cobblestone (Acworth GA) 4. Chimney Oaks 5. Southern Landings 6. The River Golf Club 7. The Club at Savannah Harbor 8. Sea Island That’s a pretty good spread depending on the region you’re in
I've experienced inception dreaming twice and both times were when I fell asleep mid-day on the couch. It was kinda cool, but legit terrifying. I don't have a desire to experience it again lol
Yooooo man the melatonin thing happens to me too. I used to eat these gummies before bed and I ended up consistently having dreams waking up and then going right back into it. It was cool for a while but then they started getting… weird haha
I haven't had that, but I have dreamed I woke up. And because I was certain I was awake, when nightmarish things started happening, well I've never been so scared before. I thought that kind of thing was made up, waking up but really still asleep, you see it in movies all the time, I used to scoff at it. I hope it never happens again.
"Lucid Dreaming" To know in a dream that you are dreaming is called "Lucid Dreaming". This is something that you can learn and get better at. Lucid Dreaming is REALLY cool, because you can do exactly whatever you want in the dream. There is absolutely nothing that you can not do, and it is only your imagination that is the limit. And by this I mean that you can do ALL things that we normally would call "impossible" or "magical" or "supernatural" etc, etc....
My people. Cbd can help. The only thing that’s worked for me. But it’s still 50/50 if I get good sleep orrrrrr I dream 16 times in an inception loops 🤪
Garrett I have a story for you. I have never had a problem sleeping in my life, and my brother, who is younger than me, struggled with it most of his life. A couple years ago on vacation with my family, I started feeling really weird at a breakfast restaurant after one sip of my coffee. Next thing I know I am having trouble breathing, my hands and feet went numb and I started shaking violently. My wife actually thought I was having a heart attack, and I thought I was dying. It turns out I was having an anxiety attack. I have never had one of those in my life. The next 2 months, I could not sleep and every day I would go through cycles of minor anxiety events, and in the same sequence every day. I was a vegetable, literally. My body was a mess, I had horrible headaches, and as time progressed I went from being woken up from violent shaking of my body like I was cold and shivering, to not being able to even fall asleep. I am not exaggerating when I say I literally did not sleep at ALL for 2 months. If I started to drift off, my body would jolt so violently that it would keep me from falling asleep. it did not matter where I was or what time of day it was, it was awful. I went through a TON of testing and nothing was found. My friend, who specializes in holistic medicine, told me I needed to test my adrenal functions. He administered the testing and as it turned out, my levels were literally off the charts. My adrenal glands were toast. I got on a protocol with my friend of supplements and also licorice, and within 2 weeks I was sleeping again. My system started to reset and I felt so much better. Sleep issues can be so many things, and mine was a breakdown from working way too much and the world going nuts. I got back to doing the thing I loved the most, golf, and started looking at life from a totally different lens. Life is wild, so make sure you take care of YOU, and keep BEING you. The rest falls into place, if you are patient. Always appreciate the content too, so thank you.
7:58 good call. Upload what you want, when you want to. You don’t owe us anything, legitimately. One of the fastest killers to artistic expression is pressure. Your man channel, the good good channel and business are how you make your living, this should be a pure artistic outlet not a looming project. When you let go of that feeling, expression will manifest homie.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS!!!
Let’s go bro love the content, I watch your golfing videos and this is my first time being recommended your vlog channel. Keep up the great work

Hopefully it’s not sleep deprivation from traveling so much. Get your rest G we’ll be here no matter what 🤠🤠🤠
Yeah man I've started getting sleep paralysis recently. It's completely normal but can be super sketchy and come in different severities. Keep up the good work and look after yourself! 🤞🏼
Garett you are the goat of golf content creation we will all watch whatever you post, might be a good idea to remind GM subs you have a blog channel!

Inception is my favorite movie of all time! Absolutely fantastic film!
Tbh, I’ve never had a dream within a dream but I do dream regularly A LOT and I’m sorry that happened to you G
I f**king LOVE THESE. I've had dreams that bled back into real life as if the dream actually was real, but no dreaming within a dream.
Yes Garrett I have had that dream too on a few occasions and it's always been a nightmare dream, not good.
Haven’t had those per say however I’ve had sleep paralysis a couple of times and that’s easily the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced so I know where yah coming from brotha

Get some rest Garrett! You look exhausted.
It’s a cool feeling and a little weird having those dreams. I suffer from night terrors and I’ve had a night terrors within my night terror. It’s really freakin creepy!! Inception is an amazing movie.
Love seeing Sploosh rock the Penn State merch.
I’m from Kentucky but I’m a massive Louisville fan so seeing Sploosh wearing UK apparel gets the inner rival in me fired up lmao
Sploosh with the University Club hoodie 👀 Big Blue is a great course
the vlogs are BACK

I’ve had quite a bit of that with the dreams within dreams. Melatonin is notorious for promoting crazy dreams
Omg he’s back 😮
Yes, that is an aspect of sleep paralysis with some lucid dreaming too! Usually a sign of high cortisol (stress). I had it for 10 days straight once.
Garret is the master of starting and then quitting and then starting up again months later.
9 seconds, no views? Bro fell off 💀
Just like Batman
stalker vibes bro
Garret is so in touch with his mind that he fell asleep during his dream
What podcast are they filming? I haven’t seen an update to the good good podcast since march 2023.
i hope he keeps his promise and videos are uploaded when videos get uploaded
yes. felt stuck and couldnt wake up. weirdest feeling ever. but i was having the same dream within the dream over and over again
Dreamwise, yes Garrett. It's part of your awakening. Work with it and you can become an adept dream weaver. It's like a 'claire'.
Let us know when youll be in GA! My neck of the woods.
I've had these dreams a lot still do. It's crazy
Had my first experience with this a couple weeks ago too lol. Sleep paralysis is a scary thing, there’s this entire Korean subculture dedicated to learning more about it
Bubba says" your welcome" for that dream lesson on slicing
I think you can grow this channel pretty well Garrett. Not overdoing it gives us better content like your dream within a dream sequence.
Yall gotta do a meetup while you and Brad are in the Bay Area. Theres a lot of us out here that would love to meet you guys!
that dream thing is the craziest thing i’ve ever heard
im actually buzzed my "goblin deez" jokes made it into the vlog 😂

There is a easy nice course down in Metter Ga called Willow Lake please look it up.
You could lucid dream if you are having those dreams - I've had those dreams before
This happens to me at least 1 once a week, if not more. The mind is crazy.

Spicy food triggers lucid dreams like that for me
Pull up to Athens when you come to GA
Kendrick seems like a super cool CEO / boss for this group of guys!
Yooooo man the melatonin thing happens to me too. I used to eat these gummies before bed and I ended up consistently having dreams waking up and then going right back into it. It was cool for a while but then they started getting… weird haha
inception is such a good movie
Vlogs>>
If you practice you can turn sleeping paralysis ibto lucid dreaming. and then you can control whatever you wanna do in your dream. Its really cool :)
I haven't had that, but I have dreamed I woke up. And because I was certain I was awake, when nightmarish things started happening, well I've never been so scared before. Worst dreams are when you wake up & don’t realise you’re dreaming then it repeats 10+ times. Horrifying experience

@@Motivate_the_Mind. military says no
Garret wake up you are sleep walking and driving your car. 😂
It’s called lucid dreaming G! Had it happen for a few days once but that was the only time ever. Weird but cool
Most of my dreams I’m in, but I’m living a completely different life with different people in my life.
Garret if you're going to be in monterey you might as well play Pasatiempo

Whoa what happened to Cade? Haven't seen him in a video since that time. Is he no longer with the company?
Wonder the same thing
