I don’t think Zach Edey is going to be an underrated pick, I am concerned about his lack of athleticism especially at the NBA level, but I do think he can bring a lot to certain teams. Potentially a very fantastic rebounder and low post guy. The lack of spacing he brings is definitely a downside but I can see him being a very good backup center for a team that needs someone who can rebound and is a huge presence/body in the paint.
