I am not in a relationship but often 'forget' to hang out or call up my friends. I really enjoy being alone and learning about myself/creating art, but I've realized that at times weeks can pass before I talk or meet up with them! Any tips? :)
I am terrible at keeping in touch with people, I just sink in my own "busy" life, but I'm trying to improving!
my boyfriend and I have quite different work times so we don't meet that often, even though we live together. a very difficult thing for me was to start cooking for myself and taking actual time for that, because most of the times I've been alone for dinner or lunch I just threw something in the microwave, instead of cooking! I think that food tastes different when shared, but we shouldn't forget to care about our nutrition just because we don't feel like cooking just for ourselves..

I get my hair dyed once, maybe twice a year. I'm not sure what the colors are that she uses. I just always take in photos and we discuss what colors will work best on my hair with my skin and that won't destroy my hair haha

Kara Baird in my opinion, a simple avocado, honey and lemon juice mask is the way to go! so refreshing and moisturizing, and no junk in there.
