      Ans 1. The time period for these leasehold properties is 90 years. After the lease period is over you can renew this property to give a 10% amount of the allotment.
      Ans 2. Two brothers (blood relation) together eligible to buy a 200 meter plot and they can register a plot in both the name but they can't divide the plot to 100 meter.

      नहीं, नॉएडा और ग्रेटर नॉएडा में ये allowed नहीं है। आप केवल एक प्लाट एक ही इंसान के नाम पर ले सकते हैं और और प्लाट को अलग अलग नहीं काट सकते। अगर ऐसा होता तो ग्रेटर नॉएडा आज की तारीख में खाली नहीं होता वो भी दिल्ली और गुडगाँव की तरह Full होता।

      Main mana nahin karta, balki aapko ye batata hoon ki property lene se pahle aapko ye pata hona chahiye ki ye property aap investment ke liye le rahe ho ya rahne ke liye. Main har video mein aapko property khareedne ka purpose bhi batata hoon. Koi property rahne ke liye acchi hoti hai aur koi investment ke liye.
