Freestlye means there is no restrictions on the techniques and ways in which someone wants to spit a rhyme....a bunch of one-liners already written and they "freestyle" them in a particular order, or an entire verse, or mix it with rhymes off the top of the dome...all is freestyling. Now to be able to freestyle on a subconscious level...few have it.
