3) java is statically type : before using variable is compoulsory to require datatype. Ex: int a=10; char b=”string”;

5)Only object oriented : all operation must perform inside function that function also inside a class.

Python is : 1) open source language
2) High lavel language : just perform task not required to think about memory python directly control memory.
3) Dynamically type : not compulsory to define variable. Ex: a=10 b= “string” c=1.6;
4) Compiler & interpreter
5) Procedure oriented

6) Genral purpose
programing : create desktop app , gamming app , web app , robotics , embedded system , real time system , data base app.

At the end Python Is BAAP Of All Programing language.
It all depends on the context of usage, all the points that ya mentioned, are correct, however python has it's own shortcomings:
1) It's not a memory efficient as Java
2) It's not as fast as Java
3) It's not as secure as Java
4) It's not good for understanding how computer works on Low level, Java isn't good either but is way better than Python on this front.
5) A person who learns Python first will have difficulty with other languages later because of how dynamic Python is. Java, not so much.

C is low level, it's harder. It's all comes to purpose: Python is very easy to learn, it's a fast and good use for applications that don't use too much memory data, like sum this, compare that, scan this... it's just great. But if you would like, make a game or visual applications, C and C++ are the better choice, cuz they are faster, you will understand how computer memory works and you will be able to use that for optimize your code a lot. Python is the language for homework while C/C++ are the languages that wrote the book where's the homework.
