Nice truck! You should paint the hood trim black so it flows nicely in to the top of the grill: instead of having the green break up the flow of the grill.
I seen one with a automatic drive transmission back in 1980. Yes, they are a rare sight indeed, not many Datsun/Nissan trucks out there with automatic drive transmissions out there.

Nice man! I just got one that needs restored but only has 33,000 miles and the rare automatic transmission too.

not OG grill on it cuz where are the chrome rings around headlights, that is a later model grill 76 and newer
It’s missing the chrome rings. It is, however, the early grille.
Old grille: ‘72.5-‘77
New grille: ‘78-‘79
