Hey Peter. Thank you so much for great content. I recently applied to a few jobs on the gc jobs websites. I am very interested in the same the status says that they have retained my application but i guess that means i am in the pool. Listening to your videos i believe i should email the recruiters or people working in the same role. Quick question how to reach out to these people should i use linkdein and put those key words?

You’re in the pools! Congratulations. Yes. That’s exactly what you should do. Good luck! I would be happy to provide more targeted insight; DM me through my website. robotsxrobots.com

Hi, interesting approach. I never imagined that myself, but it sounds really realistic. I just applied for a job in cybersecurity, the recruiter sent me a link for a technical test, I think I did fine. They advised that the whole process might take up to one year. I just want to know their timelines and if they will provide feedback during the process.

The process is often long. One year is very real for many competitions. There are very few questions answered during that time and feedback can be non-existent. But it depends on the hiring manager (contractor they've hired to run the competition). Like I said, the process is inhumane. Lol.

Hi Peter, I just got in the pool. Where can I find the HR personnel who I can send email to. The pool I'm in is only specific to one agency. So is that mean I cannot look for other agency?

Hello! You’ll find my contact info on my website, which is in the description of that video. The best thing for you to do is to connect with the hiring manager. There’s a few ways you can do that. Send me an email and we can chat
